Description

To rent very quiet and natural leisure land, near the Loire river.

Ideal for a relaxing weekend, for a break while cycling the Loire, or for a family picnic.

At 10 minutes walking distance, you can relax on one of the beaches of the Loire river.

Possibility to install a tent on the site to spend the night.

Dry toilets available. No running water or electricity.

We leave a ping pong table and a charcoal barbecue at your disposal.

A bakery is located 1.5 kilometers away, a grocery store and a tobacco bar are 4 kilometers away.

Numerous walks or bike rides are possible directly from the property, you can walk along the Loire River, enjoy the countryside or discover the Pont aux Moines in Mardié on the Canal d'Orléans.

The setting

Very quiet land in the middle of nature. No paved road nearby, few neighbors. Land with vegetation.

The spots

Flat grassy terrain, with the possibility of shade from trees. It can be complicated to fit campers and caravans so the site is more for tents and vans.
It is 560 m² so you will have the choice for your installation.

The sanitary facilities

There is a dry toilet in the shelter.

The amenities

No water, no electricity, the land is located in the forest, but it is fenced.

The activities

You can go for a walk or follow the itinerary of the Loire by bike; it is also possible to canoe on the Loire. A ping pong table and a barbecue are present on the grounds.

Fenced lot with gate and fence.

Rules

Remember to close the gate when you leave, and to empty the dry toilets in the compost provided for this purpose.
Be careful if you are barbecuing to put out the embers.
