Description

Land to the rear of my house with independent sanitary facilities (shower/WC) and a room for shelter in case of rain with a kitchen (gas cooker/oven/microwave/fridge*on request).

The plot is located at the entrance to a small, quiet village. View over fields.

The sanitary facilities

Indoor sanitary facilities with WC, shower and washbasin. (not heated). Hot water available (50-liter tank)
Water and electricity available.

The amenities

No internet connection available.
Kitchen in one room with gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (fridge if requested in advance for lighting).
Some crockery available.
Electricity with external plug to put near the camp.
There are also sockets in the toilets and the "salle".

The activities

Tennis court 50 m away. Trampoline available.
Hiking and walking.
Magnificent forest 5 minutes away by car.
Baugé en Anjou (village with many shops: pharmacy, super U, swimming pool, tobacconist's, bar, ....) 3 minutes away by car.

Rules

As the plot is at the back of our house, we can park at the back.
We are discreet people and will not disturb you at all!

Hot beverage (tea, coffee or chocolate), fruit juice (orange/apple) and choice of pastry or bread.

Tent ready

Choice of 2 tents: 3 seconds or a larger one with awning and 2 separate bedrooms.
