Description

While the property is very large, most of our visitors enjoy the views at the top of land. These include views of the valley, mountains and El Morro National Park. If you have never stood on the top of a Mesa, surrounded by trees and no noise, you may choose this as well

The setting

You will see the night sky in a new way at our property, there are stars you may never have seen. There is little noise. No traffic, Views of surrounding land from the top of the Mesa, Pinon Pine and Juniper. You may hear distant calls of coyotees at certain times of the year and you may see several Elk trot by. Please don't try to pet them.

The spots

Our spots are open, most enjoy the top corner but if you have a 4wheel drive you can choose to pitch your tent at the botton of the Mesa where your morning coffee or tea will be met with a spectacular view. I will show you around when you arrive so you can choose to camp in the spot you enjoy best.

The sanitary facilities

At the moment there are no public restrooms. You are in nature.

The amenities

We are building the area to include restrooms and cabins, water and power(all off grid) but those are not up yet. You will not have to worry about any noise from the building of our park. Most people have good cell service in most spots on the land

The activities

There are miles of roads to walk or ride you bikes. In the area you may want to visit El Morro, The ice caves of the Bandera Volcano or run into to Zuni.

Other things

Once you book, I will text you the Google Pin to make sure your trip here is without issue. Google likes to send people around to the back but there is really no road back there. You won't have any roads that are too steep or rocky that you can't drive any type of vehicle.

Rules

We want you to enjoy your stay, we ask that you respect the land and leave it like you found it. This means making sure the fire you built (in the existing fire pits) is completely cold. We ask that you don't leave your trash. Other than that, enjoy your time with yourself, your family and your pets.
We ask that you arrive before 5pm in order to allow us to show you the spots during the daylight. There are no street lights out here and we want your time on our land to be without issue.
