Description

Large, wild, peaceful plot of land with 3 donkeys at the foot of the Alberes mountains. The feeling of being alone in the middle of nature, yet only a 10-minute walk from the lively, typical village of Laroque des Alberes.
The site is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities, from hiking to swimming in the river.
The Mediterranean Sea is 10km away, with the beaches of Argeles, Racou. Collioure and the rocky coast 20km away.

The setting

The setting is calm and invigorating, with pine and oak trees. You're in the middle of nature, lulled by birdsong and in the presence of my three adorable donkeys, gentle and fond of cuddles... The charming, lively village of Laroque des Alberes is just a 10-minute walk away. You have all the amenities you could wish for (grocery store, butcher's shop, bakery, newsagent's, pharmacy, 10 bars/restaurants, etc.).

The spots

The site is spacious, with both sunny and shady spots! You choose your pitch. Quiet environment, far from noise. Easy access via a 250m dirt track.

The sanitary facilities

There are dry toilets, a solar shower and a washbasin.

On the grounds there's a cottage where I spend the summer. Everything is designed to be self-sufficient.
Electricity comes from a solar installation.
Water comes from a well.
To drink water, you can fill a can with spring water from the Alberes.
