Description

Pitch tent on the ground in a recent wooden house (home-made renovation is the case to say it) where I live all year long.
Shared bathroom with separate toilet. The living room (kitchen, living room and dining room) is shared. Wifi/TV available on site. Wooden terrace with relaxation area, ideal to be quiet (with a small kitchen area possible).

The setting

Calm, quiet and close to the forest. 10 minutes from Hostens and its lake, 50 minutes from Bordeaux, and 50 minutes from Biscarrosse beach.

The spots

Shade possible. Plot of 700 m2 around the house, but with other plots also enclosed adjoining.
Flat land easy to access, in a friendly and family atmosphere where benevolence, conviviality and respect for everyone are required!

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities and Italian shower at the inhabitant's house! To be shared with the other hosts if there are any.

Internet wifi, plancha, hammock, garden table and chair!

Lake Hostens at 8 kilometers (Paddle, Canoeing, Mountain biking, Climbing, Archery, Supervised swimming ...).
Bicycle path in Hostens towards Belin Beliet/ La brede/ Bazas...
The leyre river in Moustey, for canoeing.
Many activities in the surroundings to reconnect with nature.

Rules

Calm, zen, conviviality and respect for everyone including the neighborhood.
Smiles and positive energy are required to enjoy the place.
No fire, no candles, no smoking... (Disaster zone in July 2022 following the violent fire) and drugs are forbidden. No personal belongings in the common areas please.
The site must be kept clean and the belongings in the tents, use of sanitary facilities with care and cleanliness, responsibility for water consumption.
Right to accept campers or not, and to end a stay even after arrival if the conditions of safety, cleanliness, and good respect for places and people were not respected.
Arrival from 2pm and departure at 12am (to be discussed if possible)
Apart from that, you are welcome in Joy, Love, Humor and good mood!
