Description

Our large garden (4000 m2) is ready to welcome visitors, in a green and wooded setting. The land is fully fenced, accessible by an electric gate. It has an ideal place to park a van or a small camping-var. The tents will find their place in the garden which is flat and has an access to water. The playground will keep the children entertained. We are located in the countryside, near the freeway exit, between Joigny and Aillant sur Tholon. Not overlooked, but overlooking nature with birds chirping in the background! Natural setting, wooded vegetation, view on the surrounding countryside. A street lamp at the corner of the field lights up until 22h.

Flat land, hard stand of 6,40 meters long (see photo) to park a vehicle, easy access. Several trees (orchard) for shade. Fenced by an electric gate
