Description

In a soothing setting, you can make a stop at the house near the lake of the town! Located in a small village, very easy to access.
The land is planted with trees and fenced. Possibility of connecting you outside. Animals are allowed as long as they respect those present in the house (dogs, chickens).
Possibility of making barbecue while respecting the places.
Grocery store of local producers at 150 meters, restaurant at 100 meters on the lake, departure of many hiking trails, visit of the Abbey at the exit of the village, bungee jumping and canoeing base at 15 minutes, Vallée des Singes at 20 min, Circuit du Val de Vienne at 15 min, Futuroscope at 1 hour.

The setting

You have the choice... in the shade of the fruit trees and enjoy some fruit in season, at the foot of my 2 small rows of vines with succulent grapes, in the meadow or near the house for convenience. The land is well exposed and only a small road separates it from the water.

The spots

2 distinct zones with flat ground and ground a little sloping. Possibility to turn around in the yard with camping car and trailer. The field will be put back in meadow soon in order to be able to propose also horse stage.

The sanitary facilities

An outside faucet available otherwise sanitary for the moment at home (wc and walk-in shower.

The amenities

Internet, 4g network outside. 2 outside electrical outlets. At home for internet, only on wifi (possible). If needed I have an extension cord, possibility of lending a tent and if the weather is really bad, possibility to find a place under cover.
Possibility of washing machine with extra charge.

The activities

Grocery store of local producers at 150m, restaurant at 100m on the lake, departure of many hiking trails, foot reflexology possible on reservation, visit of the Abbey at the exit of the village, bungee jumping and canoeing base at 15 minutes, Vallée des Singes at 20 minutes, Circuit du Val de Vienne at 15 minutes, Futuroscope at 1 hour.

Rules

1°) Respect of the animals present on the site (dog, hens)
2°) Cleanliness and respect of the environment, garbage collection, smokers allowed but cigarettes will be in the ashtrays provided.
3°) Animals are allowed subject to the application of 1°)
4°) Kindness and courtesy are required.

Schedules : To reserve, please contact us. When you arrive on the place after reservation, you are free to enter and leave, just remember to close the gate if I am not there. For the toilets, schedules to be defined together (independent sanitary project thereafter).
