Hello !
We have a lovely 2000m2 plot of land planted with fruit trees and oak trees!
It's such a pleasant setting, we thought we'd share it with holidaymakers!

Perfect for pitching your tent in a green setting surrounded by lots of different birds: hoopoe regularly in our garden, green woodpecker.... squirrels wandering from branch to branch and coming to eat in the garden, our chickens roaming freely!
Enjoy the peace and quiet in a hammock under a tree, or sit by our pond and listen to the frogs!
And munch a piece of fruit as you pass through the garden!
We're a couple in our thirties with a 4-year-old son! We look forward to having a drink with you!

The setting

Very calm atmosphere with birds and frogs singing! It's very green and you'll be in the shade under the trees at the side of the house!
Our two hens roam the grounds to their heart's content and we have 2 guinea pigs!

The spots

The site is under the trees, in the shade, and the grass is cut regularly.
The garden is very large, so you can sit wherever you like!

The sanitary facilities

Hello, the sanitary facilities are only accessible when we are present, i.e. until 8.15 a.m. and from 5 p.m. on weekdays.

The amenities

We can provide access to our kitchen, toilet and bathroom while we are in the house.
Possibility to put an extension cord for electricity outside.
Access to rainwater from outside tap, but no access to drinking water. This will only be our presence as it is inside the house.
Internet wifi provided
Outdoor tables, parasol and picnic tables
Parking available in front of the house or bring your car inside
Board games available on loan!
Loan of a barbecue to be made only on the flagstones, bring what you need.

The activities

With plenty of marshland to explore, nature lovers are sure to fall under the region's spell! Lots of birdwatching: egrets, swans, herons....
Discover the beautiful fishermen's huts, hikes, birdwatching at the lesser breuil magné hut, children's park next to the house with bakery, snack bar, tobacconist and Sunday morning market.
We're an 8-minute drive from Rochefort, with its beautiful garden and museum of the Corderie Royale, and all shops.
18min from Fouras and its magnificent beaches, footpaths and free orienteering by collecting papers from the tourist office.
20 minutes from Chatelaillon-plage, where you can pick up your mussels and oysters at Les Boucholeurs!
And 30 minutes from La Rochelle, with its magnificent old port, rugby stadium, pedestrian streets, towers, beaches and free animal park....
Plenty of bike rides and boat trips in the marshes a little further afield!

  • Super lush garden, with chickens, frogs and apples!!!!
    The owners are super nice and open their house for access to the sanitary facilities. Electricity and non-potable water available in the garden, everything is perfect, thank you!
