Description

20 minutes from Disneyland Paris, a garden in the silence of the countryside, without vis-à-vis.
Equipped with a brazier, a trampoline and access to drinking water. I also offer you access to my bathroom for 1 hour a day.

The setting

Garden without opposite, quiet and green. You will have plenty of space to settle down.

The spots

The access to the garden is only on foot.
You will choose your ideal location according to your desires. The ground is slightly sloping but a concrete slab is available if you prefer a hard ground.
There are many trees, you will be in the shade whatever the time of day.

The sanitary facilities

Access to cold drinking water is available 24 hours a day.
The access hours to the bathroom (2 sinks and a bathtub) are between 8am and 9pm.
No dry toilets, access to the house toilets may be possible during the access to the bathroom.

Rules

Arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm and (email hidden)Cigarette butts are to be put in the ashtray provided.
Garbage is to be disposed of in the garbage can provided.
Silence must be respected between 9pm and 8am, in order to maintain the calm of our countryside and the understanding with our neighbors.
The access to the bathroom will only be for a period of 1 hour per day and by fixing the schedule in advance with me.

Loan of a 4 person tent with a supplement of 40€ per night (the assembly will not be done)
