Description

Our plot is approx. 800 m² in the middle of the village.
Adjacent to a farm.
Direct presence of dairy cows, plus our biquettes and geese.
Country atmosphere and calm guaranteed.

The setting

Saint Meloir des Bois is a pretty little Costamorican village, a French commune located in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region. The village has been awarded the Notre village, Terre d'avenir and Villes et Villages Fleuris (3 flowers) labels.

In 2000, the commune was awarded the Label Communes du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne for its rich architectural and landscape heritage.

A small village of around 300 inhabitants.

In the heart of the village, you'll find "SUCRÉ&SALÉ", a crêperie/bar/bread shop that will delight all lovers of traditional Breton food.

- There are signposted walks starting from the village and surrounding area.
- Only 7 kilometers away, you can discover the commune of Jugon les Lacs, its historic center and its immense lake with all its activities (kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing.... ).
- 15 kilometers from the Emerald Coast, you'll discover our magnificent coastline between St Malo and Erquy, passing through Dinard, St Briac, St Lunaire, St Cast le Guildo, St Jacut de la mer, and all its beaches, bordering Cap Frehel and Fort Lalatte.

- each overnight stay is between 5pm and 3pm the following day.
- to simplify management, it is imperative to arrive before 8:00 p.m. to park your vehicle.
- please respect the peace and quiet.
