Description

Come and spend a pleasant stay on my 300m² campsite. This little corner out of time is equipped with a hut from where you can hear and feel the sea spray and the forest.

This site is private, only for you and nobody else.

The setting

The land is located 300 meters from the forest, the dune and the sea. The neighborhood is located 2 kilometers from the town, easily accessible by bike or car. The atmosphere of the area is family. In the evening, you can look up and admire the stars.

The spots

One to two pitches for tents of 2 to 4 persons.

A place for a small van (see photo). Possibility to connect your vehicle to the mains. Please note that the van is not for rent, it is just there to illustrate the capacity of the site.

Bonus : You have a cabin for 3 people

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are independent and connected to the usual waste water system.

* Shower: small water heater of 30 liters. It is possible to take two consecutive showers. The water heater is recharged in 35 minutes.

* Covered terrace (which can be opened or closed depending on the weather) + electricity + two benches and a large table + storage

It is imperative that you bring your own bedding (sheets, pillows, comforter, etc.), as nothing is provided. Only mattress covers and mattresses are provided.
Attention: in hot weather, as in a tent, it is hot under the hut, but you will be protected from storms.

For internet, the wifi network is capricious and you will only get it on the outskirts of the field. We have 4G, but the reception is bad under the terrace and under the hut. I promise, you will be reachable in any case.

The land is located in the commune of Barbâtre, 2 kilometers from the center. You can easily access it by bike, on foot or by motorized vehicles.

The ground is closed and covered of the vis-à-vis.

Rules

The site is for rent by the week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The price indicated is fixed and corresponds to the complete camp, whether you are one or 2 or 4 people.
