Description

Come and experience the rustic charm of our Homestead Cabin, located on our beautiful 135 acre farm in the rolling mountains of East Tennessee. Step back in time with our cozy 500 sq ft cabin, and enjoy a true homestead feeling.

While the cabin may be small, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that there is no running water, but a toilet is provided that can be flushed using a bucket of water. Rain barrels are located around the property for your use.

Please be sure to bring your own water or purification equipment for drinking and washing. However, electricity is available for your convenience.

From the cabin, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, observe local wildlife, and even take in the serene sight of our nearby pond. The area around the cabin is relatively flat and easily accessible.

We invite you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the simplicity and natural beauty of our land!

The setting

Our cabin is located in the remote mountains of East TN. It features lots of light, no noise or traffic, incredible views of the mountains and wildlife, and a range of plant life. You will feel like you've teleported to another time and place when you stay with us.

The spots

The cabin is small, and super cozy! It features a private toilet, a solar shower, and a kitchenette (includes propane stove, microwave oven, and coffee maker). The cabin is also equipped with a queen sized bed, basic amenities, and has everything you need for a great stay.

The sanitary facilities

Cabin has a private bathroom. Communal solar shower is available on-site.

The amenities

We have internet and TV available inside the cabin. There is a microwave oven, coffee maker, basic ingredients and silverware/dishes, and electricity. The cabin has a few electrical outlets. Extension cords are available if needed. Includes A/C, heat, and an exhaust fan.

Rules

Smoking is permitted, but please dispose of your butts appropriately. We do not want the farm to burn down!

No campfires are permitted outside of the pre-designated campfire pits, or outside of the communal fire pit. Do not start a fire anywhere on the farm if a fire-ban notice has been issued by any employee or staff member.
