Between cowboys and Indians, nature and conviviality, all that's missing is your comforter! And if you're so inclined, bring your guitar to accompany the fire and roasted marshmallows!
Or, if you prefer, you can gaze at the stars in deep silence...
And for a dip, the sea is only 30 minutes away!
The entire site can be privatized for groups of 10 or more.
If a date is available on the booking calendar, some of the 4 rooms (3 tipis and 1 wagon) may already be rented. It's up to you to ask me before booking.
The setting
The tipis and wagon are set in a pretty valley at the foot of a national forest leading to the voie verte (N°7). Walkers, cyclists and horse riders are welcome (paddocks are ready-hay-water 6€/ch.).
You're welcome to bring your own picnic lunches, and the premises offer all the comforts you'll need (the cowboys' kitchen is shared and equipped just like at home, with crockery, linen, etc.).
To make the most of the site, Armoricamp also offers breakfast, table d'hôte dinner and barbecue baskets (self-cooking)!
Barbecue meals can be taken either on the "Saloon" terrace with a gas barbecue or at the fire pit near the tipis.
Depending on the number of reservations, you'll be able to create your own ephemeral tribes in a festive atmosphere around a lovely campfire.
The spots
There are 3 tipis, 2 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the 3rd with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The cart can accommodate 2 people. The mattresses are fitted with a protective cover and a fitted sheet, then a blanket to be added on top of the comforter you'll need to bring with you (as well as a pillow). For hikers, I've got something to tide you over (3€/pers.). There are extra blankets in the trunks of each tipi. Dry toilets are nearby.
All other conveniences are in the "Saloon" on the cowboy side! It's an entire dwelling that can be rented in winter from October to April for 2 people plus an extra bed. But it becomes collective when the tipis are erected (May to September).
The sanitary facilities
The "Saloon" is attached to the living area. It includes 1 main room opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room with toilet.
The amenities
The kitchen has everything you need except an oven and dishwasher. Electricity is available throughout the saloon, as is WiFi access. An extension cord is lowered exclusively to the tipi for sleep apnea treatment devices. There's 1 TV, 1 DVD player and plenty of music. Board games and table soccer are also available.
The activities
On-site: animal care accompaniment. Introduction to lasso or country dance.
Workshop to find your own animal totem to be imaged in hardening clay, or design and build your own 1/10th teepee, or make your own dream trap (workshop payable on site).
Other activities: a drawer full of ideas on the premises, a walk in the forest where there's an orienteering course.
