Description

On a large, quiet plot in the countryside with hiking trails nearby, and 6 kilometers from the seaside and the customs path of the pink granite coast, which can be reached by bike (or on foot) if you wish via the smaller roads. The location is ideal for exploring the pink granite coast and the Trégor region, and for resting in a cool, calm environment.

The setting

Country setting, wooded grounds 2500 square meters, very little traffic during the day, no traffic in the evening and at night, no noise, very quiet.
You'll be in the country yet close to the pink granite coast.
The house's terrace is at your disposal.

The spots

Flat, shady and sunny grounds.
Camper van parking available in the large gravel courtyard.
Very easy access.
Drinking water outside.

The sanitary facilities

I can shower in the house when I'm there and use the toilet, but only exceptionally so far.

Washing machine available if required, as well as independent fridge and hot water point in a separate room.

The activities

Walk along the GR 34 customs path on the pink granite coast, swim in the sea.
Visit the tourist attractions of Perros, Lannion...and cultural exhibitions.
Take advantage of the many events on offer in Trégor.
Walk on the small roads or hiking trails around the site.
