Description

At an altitude of 690 meters, in a cul de sac, stands l'Arthomas, a house with Basque red shutters, a garden, chickens and nocturnal animals - Stéphanie and Sam, her dog, can welcome you, as long as the silence doesn't frighten you, the crowing of the rooster doesn't make you want to complain, and the nearest shop is 6.5 kms away -.
If you like walking, I'll point you in the direction of some lovely loops starting from the house...

The setting

Countryside setting, meadow (with cows) and forest behind the house within walking distance, land with multiple atmospheres where you can pitch your tent, meditate, etc...

The spots

Parking for van and/or camping car with access to electricity, drinking water right next door (independently), for tents the site is large, let yourself be inspired (the grass is mown) - Just some wetter spots because plateau of springs (plateau de mille vache)

The sanitary facilities

Separate washroom with shower/toilet/small washbasin

The amenities

Kitchen and utensils are in the house on a shared basis (to be agreed in advance)
Independent electricity and water supply
Possibility of charging and storing electric bikes and other equipment
Outdoor brazier
Inflatable Jacuzzi spa available

The activities

On site: hiking from the house, 10 kilometers from Lac de Lavaud Gelade (Réserve de Vassivière) where boats without permits are available, swimming possible, 20 kilometers from Aubusson (Capital of Tapestry), and so much more...

Other things

I'm not opposed to animals, but I have 30 free-range chickens, and bad experiences with dogs and hens have led me to be vigilant.

Rules

Common sense and respect for the environment: garbage cans, noise...
