Description

Tranquility and greenery at 15 mns by bike from La Rochelle, 10 mns by foot from the sea, picturesque Paradise beach, and immediate bike paths. Bus, train and shops nearby.

The setting

Rustic, wooded, sunny and secluded, yet in a residential neighborhood. Far from the main roads, only the sound of birds, my 4 hens and the wind can be heard. A regional train line passes at the end of the garden (18 trains a day ;)

The spots

Eriba Pan small caravan from 1965, very well built (wood and glass), in good condition and very clean. Apart from the cushions, which have been removed, it remains in its original condition. The bedding is very comfortable and sound.
Possibility of pitching a 2-person tent, and possibly a small van.

The sanitary facilities

Unlimited access to the house's shared sanitary facilities, including washbasin, shower and dry toilet.
Outside drinking water point with sink and shower (cold water).

The amenities

Small camping equipment available in the caravan, including crockery, pots and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and basic items.
Electricity inside the caravan.
Access to the fridge in the kitchen of the house, where you can store your provisions on a designated shelf and use the microwave.
Outside table and chairs.
If required, a washing machine 3€, an oil-bath heater 6€, sheets 3€, bicycles 5€, tent for 2 people 5€...

The activities

Swimming, beach, walking, cycling, fishing, water sports (paddle, kayak...)

Other things

Located on an independent, secluded plot, the caravan is your dedicated space; everything that belongs to you stays there, while the other spaces remain shared.

Rules

As the site where the caravan is located is in the middle of 2 properties that are not distinct but do exist, we ask you to respect the boundaries of your own territory (750m2 ;)
The site is open but can be closed on request.

Small children must not be left unsupervised.

You must return the caravan and used areas in their original state of cleanliness and operation.
