Description

Hello everyone!
I have a corner of lawn for a tent.
It's a safe place with a lockable gate.
Your bikes can be stored in a room.
I can provide a small table and chairs if you wish.

The setting

In the heart of the village of Sainte-Gemmes-le-Robert, in a lovely little garden. The church opposite the house rings from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (bring earplugs if necessary!). Next to my plot, there's a quiet little residence (see photo no. 5 on the right).

The spots

The plot is easy to access, with a slight slope followed by a flat, hard lawn that I make available. My terrace overlooks the land; I'll be discreet, but if you wish you can "hide" your tent behind a small grove for a little privacy.
Access to drinking water (outside tap).

The sanitary facilities

WC and sink are available in my house and will be reserved for you.
Please note: there is NO shower at the moment.

The amenities

I offer access to :
- wifi (ask me for the password) ;
- electricity (via an extension lead from my house).

The activities

You'll be able to enjoy some great walks in the surrounding area (mont Rochard, étang du Gué-de-Selle, Sainte-Suzanne...).

Rules

I ask you to respect the site and to leave it clean (I will provide a garbage can).
I'll be on site to hand over the keys.
The WC/sink area is non-smoking; outside, please pick up your cigarette butts.
Please avoid late-night noise.

Outstanding
  • It was our first experience with HomeCamper so I was a bit hesitant, but Mireille made us feel very welcome. The garden is also very pretty, with a few chairs and a table which is handy. It was very cosy and we had lots of chats with Mireille. In such conditions, there's no point in going to a hotel or a standard campsite!
