Description

The large idyllic private property is located above the Kocher valley outside of towns in the middle of greenery. Here you can find peace and quiet and let your soul dangle. The following equipment is included in your stay:
- toilet house
- Outdoor bath with rainwater shower and washbasin
- electricity
- Fireplace incl. firewood and grill for cooking or barbecuing
- fridge
- Garden chairs with adjustable backrest and deck chairs
- Shared use of the whole property (2500sqm)

The setting

Very quiet place away from any traffic roads and settlements. You can see only forests, meadows, fields and animals. Mainly hares, deer and birds. Little light pollution. In clear sky you can look super shooting stars :)

The spots

The terrain has a very slight slope, but so slight that tents can be pitched without problems. Drive-on wedges are recommended for campers. Coming from Ingelfingen, tarred agricultural roads lead to the site, which can be managed with any car. There is free choice of sites. I rent max. 3 pitches on the site, so in case of double bookings everyone has a lot of privacy. On the meadow there is enough space for many more campers & tents. So if you want to arrive with several friends, then just let me know, then I block the meadow just for you...in any case, there is no lack of space.

The sanitary facilities

There is a newly built dry toilet with light, radio and air extraction directly under the bowl. My friends now prefer to go to the bathroom here than at home :) In addition, there is an outdoor bathroom with natural green privacy screen. There is a rainwater shower and an outdoor sink. Showering under green leaves is a special experience and it comes up a little jungle feeling ;) For shower and sink filtered rainwater or spring water is used - it is definitely clean! The water comes from black tanks, so the water always has a pleasant temperature. If it has rained a lot at once, the water temperature can be a little lower for a short time. Dishes can also be washed at the outdoor sink.

The amenities

There are 2 outdoor outlets at the top of the property where you can draw power. However, it should be noted that the maximum power consumption is 1500W.

The activities

The property is located above the Kocher valley and the vineyards there. The area is great for wine hikes, bike tours, canoe trips and other outdoor activities. Here are a few possibilities:
- At the Kocher there is for example the Kocher-Jagst bike path. More info here: (website hidden)
- From the property you can walk to the Ingelfinger Fass, which is about 2km away. A big barrel with an impressive view in the middle of the vineyards: (website hidden).
- On warm summer days you can take a canoe trip on the Kocher river: (website hidden).
- In Ingelfingen, the nearest village, there is an educational wine trail: (website hidden)
- A highlight in the region is the "Genießertour" (gourmet tour), where you can hike through the idyllic vineyards and enjoy wine and culinary delights accompanied by live music at various stops directly from the winemakers. Outstanding

  • Such a retreat is absolutely ideal to enjoy nature and recover from everyday stress or just to sit around the campfire. David has lovingly prepared everything here, you can see and feel it. The outdoor shower was an introduction at 4 degrees :). We like to come back. It was really absolutely top.
