Description

Close to nature, directly at the forest, bike paths, quarry pond, 3km to the Ems-Jade canal, boat tours on request (own boat) and much more.

The setting

Quiet location, with the possibility of using our wellness area ( on request).

The spots

Fixed lawn, easily accessible without restrictions, little shade surrounded by land, donkeys, Shetty, chickens and possibly the neighbor's cows.

The sanitary facilities

At the moment the toilets are in the house or in the wellness area!
WC / shower container in work! Running water and electricity directly at the site!

The amenities

In the middle of nature, in front of the house directly near the forest, behind the house a lot of land / agriculture (Westermoor) with gravel pit / dredging lake (10min. by bike), private soccer field available, children's playground, private fireplace with barbecue on demand. In addition to donkeys, shetty, cat, free-roaming dogs are available. Proximity to public bathing lake (ca.6 km) Proximity to gliding (4,5 km), boating(canal 2,5km)or Aurich harbor ca. 5,5km, next shopping possibility/baker etc. ca.3,5km, climbing forest in ca. 3 km, fishing etc. On request for extra charge sauna, whirlpool, motorcycle tour, bike rental, private boat tours etc. Large paved driveway, turning possibility in front of the house, parking space variable ( either paved or on firm lawn) parking space only possible under prior arrangement! Optionally, an in-house wellness area with barrel sauna, whirlpool (5 pers.), garden shower, relaxation room can be rented by prior arrangement! Motorcycle friends with tent welcome.

Hiking, running, horseback riding, biking (can be rented on request) boating, climbing forest nearby, glider airfield nearby...and much more.

Dogs, cats, etc. only by prior arrangement, as we ourselves accommodate dog, cat, donkey and chickens!

Rules

Consideration for others, a friendly with each other would be nice, cleanliness (no garbage left behind). Campfire / barbecue possible in consultation! Access to our private realm in particular sauna / wellness area only by arrangement.
