Just a 10-minute walk from Arcueil-Cachan RER B station, which takes you to the center of Paris (Châtelet) in just 15 minutes. The property is located in the center of town, close to all amenities, yet enjoys the tranquility of a private, gated property.
The private garden, measuring around 200 square meters, is landscaped with a permaculture project and is home to chickens, ducks and cats, although the latter are afraid of dogs.
Therefore, if you have dogs and cats, it is necessary to keep them in your vehicle and keep them on a leash when out on the street. There are two parks nearby where you can walk your pets.
Grey water can be discharged into the sewage system.
The setting
At the far end of the garden, you'll find a multi-purpose room used for yoga, Pilates, theater and dance. Please respect the quiet and privacy of this space.
The spots
Please note that the entrance to the gate is only 2.3 meters wide and 2.9 meters high. You will need to maneuver in the street to enter in reverse and remain perfectly aligned, stopping 1 meter from the wall of the room. The largest vehicles that managed to enter perfectly aligned and centered from the street were a Mercedes AB 812 LE Sprinter (2.2 meters wide, 7 meters long, 2.75 meters high) and a motorhome (2.3 meters wide, 2.9 meters high, 6.2 meters long). It's essential to proceed with precision, slowly, and to have people outside to guide you during this maneuver. Warn the person before they arrive, and keep the gate open for as short a time as possible because of the animals.
