Beach side Backyard suitable for caravan and car. Shaded by bamboo in the afternoon with power and water available. Pets welcome and fully enclosed. 100m flat walk to the beach.

Located in beach side Kiama Downs. Next to IGA, coffee shops, gym and liquor store. Beach is 100m flat walk, golf course located just around the corner, Minnamurra river just over the headland

The spots

Backyard is flat, with bamboo providing afternoon shade. Max width of vehicle 2.7m due to gate access limits. Up to 16 m long.

The sanitary facilities

Need to bring own toilet.

The amenities

Electricity connection (10amp) located on external garage wall. Need to provide own ampfibian or equivalent. No kitchen provided. Need to use dump point located in Kiama and take all waste and garbage with you when you leave.
