Description

Privileged location for visits to Paris (metro), Olympic sites (Saint-Denis by streetcar, Versailles by REC C), concerts (La Défense by direct bus)..., all in a quiet, green setting. Access to sanitary facilities and shower in the house possible (at certain times and periods).

The setting

A green setting in an English-style garden city. Flat, wooded grounds. Independent access at all times.

The spots

Land in several parts:
- a parking area for the vehicle, on the street side (blackout gate for privacy)
- a relaxation area, between the garden shed and the house, with garden furniture, hanging armchair...
- a terrace (availability not guaranteed), with table and chairs, barbecue, hob...

The sanitary facilities

Self-contained vehicles can use the sanitary facilities only.
Occasional use of those in the basement of the house (WC, shower) at certain times and periods (when we are available to open the house). We will do our utmost to satisfy you, but we do not commit ourselves in advance so as not to disappoint you.

The amenities

Cold water and electricity at several points in the garden, at any time.
Possible free use of the washing machine (when we are present and the house is open).
Waste sorting and composting. Glass container in the street.
Possibility of lending a hotplate.

Cultural visits (Paris).
Olympic sites, Stade de France... just a few kilometers away.
Concert halls (Paris, Arena La Défense...), theater...
Parks, cinema, swimming pool, shopping center... in the commune.

Please let us know why you're coming and what you need. We'll try to give you all the information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We like to meet our guests and talk to them, but we also respect their choice of privacy and outdoor activities.

Rules

Installation from 6 pm, departure before 10 am (negotiable when possible).
Independent access to the grounds during your stay (times to be respected for possible access to the house).
No smoking in front of the house. For smokers, butts in the garbage can.
