Description

Electric and septic for 30 amp , 360 Mountain Views on top of a hill , Water only available for filling fresh water tank, fairly basic site off of a community dirt road/street on 1.3 acre property with homeowner living on property.

The setting

Guests will hear the trains going by almost every day, I-10 is not too far , so car noises can often be heard . Views of valleys and mountains from the hilltop . Sometimes deer, Javalinas, Mules, and roadrunners can be seen. Jackrabbits too.

The spots

Ground is flat, one parking spot , (possibility for two) . Owners of property will be around . No (email hidden)Only 30 amp trailer/camper /motorhome

Electricity and sewer are provided and included . Can provide additional extension cord if needed .

Rules

Come up hill to right until you see the blue house , please be in spot by 1am.
