Hello, my name is Sarah!

We are a little international family of 3 and our Husky dog, experienced in living and travelling on wheels. If you don't see us on the road ourselves we are probably on our beautiful off-grid piece of land in Central Portugal where we welcome other travellers ;) Our place is an open base thanks to our visitors' donations which help us to improve the facilities and to keep everything running. The project is aiming to move towards autonomy and promoting a different way of life, giving others the opportunity to experience this. Any help, participation, inspiration, exchange and ideas are welcome if you want to visit and be part of it! Let's have a good time!

  • Embarking on our first camping trip with our three-year-old toddler was a thrilling adventure. From the moment we arrived, Sarah's welcoming warmth and attentive ways infused us with a sense of excitement and anticipation. Our guest experience exceeded all expectations, with our little one equally enthralled by the stunning property and its lush green surroundings. It was a memorable experience, filled with joy and wonder at every turn.

  • Wonderful stay! The location is amazing and near swimming spots and trails across the hills. The off-grid facilities are basic and outdoors but they provide all you need (kitchen, shower, wc, dining room...). Sarah and Cedric are great hosts. Totally recommendable!

Les aménagements sont simples et très confortables,.Merci enfin de nous avoir sortie d une bonne galère avec notre fourgon qu on avait maladroitement tanker sur un talus .. A bientôt

  • Our stay with Sarah and Cedric was amazing!! They were both welcoming and generous. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with panoramic views and comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal. We were even able to sleep outside under the stars on an outdoor room setup. There are several nice swimming spots nearby. I would highly recommend this spot and will stay there again if ever in the area.
