What to visit in Cannes?

If the Cannes Film Festival makes you dream, make sure you book your accommodation well in advance, as prices are skyrocketing at this time of year. It is necessary to be a fan of movie stars and cinema, but it is an annual event very popular with tourists. Apart from that, different visits are to be made in Cannes. First of all, the famous Croisette. You can stroll around this mythical walk, while enjoying a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The historic centre of Cannes and in particular the Suquet district allow you to enjoy a very charming and totally exotic place. You can also visit the Château de la Cabre and its museum, while enjoying a magnificent view of the city of Cannes on the heights of Le Suquet. We also recommend that you visit the Palais des Festivals. Various visits are organized throughout the year. If you wish, you can also enjoy a mini-cruise on Île Saint-Honorat and Île Sainte-Marguerite. You will then enjoy a day of swimming and visits, including Fort Vauban and the monastery of Saint-Honorat.

When to go to Cannes?

The most favourable months are April to November. However, it is very hot during the summer season. However, we do not recommend that you go to Cannes in January and February. Indeed, these are the coldest two months of the year, and you will not be able to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. If you can't stand the rain, also avoid November and December.
