Description

Large, flat garden with plenty of trees and shade, electricity, tables, chairs, dry toilets, drinking water, barbecue, children's play area...

The setting

Peace and nature in an old Brie farmhouse in the heart of a preserved rural village, with a listed castle, a windmill, a few small shops (grocery store, bar-tabac, restaurants, inn...) and fields all around...

The spots

Only for tents in the large, flat, wooded 500 m² garden to the rear of the house, not accessible by vehicle. No overlooking of neighbors thanks to the vegetation (which may allow naturism).

The sanitary facilities

In addition to the conventional hot-water toilets inside the house, which are accessible all day long when I'm present, there's free access to dry toilets and drinking (but cold) water points in the garden.

The amenities

No internet access. Electricity outside (in the laundry room) with a 20 m extension lead to the tents.
Access to the house's amenities possible in my presence:
- Kitchen with all standard equipment (sink, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker...)
- Toilets
- Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub-shower...
- Television + home cinema

The activities

Disneyland parks 5 km away.
Villages Nature 3 km away.
Val d'Europe, La Vallée Village and Sealife 2 km away.
Equestrian center 3 km away.
Hiking, tennis, mountain biking, cultural visits (castles, mills, museums, etc.).
RER station 2 km for Paris in 30 minutes.

Other things

1 friendly dog (see photos) and 1 friendly cat will be your friends and look after your belongings while you're away.

Rules

- Laissez le lieu dans l'état où vous l'avez trouvé / Keep the place as clean as you found it
- Être calmes dans le jardin / Be quiet in the garden
- Toujours garder vos enfants sous surveillance / Always watch over your children
- Être silencieux la nuit entre 22h et 8h / Be silent by night from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- Être polis avec tout le monde dans la propriété et le voisinage / Be polite to everyone in the property and the neighbourhood
- Me demander pour entrer dans la maison et y utiliser quelque-chose / Ask me to enter the house and use something in
- Ne jamais laisser un feu (barbecue) sans surveillance / Always watch out for any fire place (barbecue)
- Ne jamais fumer dans la maison / Never smoke in the house
