We were able to buy a few small home-made preserves and taste an excellent pie.
Clean sanitary facilities, shower and toilet, washing machine.
It is possible to reach Alberobello by bike (about 15 km) and even if you are brave or with an electric bike to Polignano a Mare and Monopli.
If you have a big camping car, remember to warn you to enter by the right access. -

Martin P.we drove from Bari to Greece and stopped at this wonderful place. Very large area with olive trees where the pitches are. Even with a hammock to chill.Sanitary facilities are large and clean, even with a washing machine. Very nice, quiet location. The operators are very nice and helpful.

Julie V.Perfect stay. The site is very large, well shaded between olive trees and a green oak. Especially the place, well central in the valley of the Trulli, allows to criss-cross the region. It is necessary to plan to do some driving.
Benjamin and Myriam are very nice, full of good advice to discover the area.
The products of the masseria are delicious: the olive oil is incredible.
Fridge available for campers, a very clean shower and toilet. -

We shortened our stay due to an unforeseen event. However, we appreciated the availability of an electrical connection with a meter for our car. Benjamin gave us good addresses to eat. The site was shaded. The sanitary was clean and luckily there were no other campers as there is only one. Another small suggestion, the basin to wash the dishes is not sheltered, beware of sunburn.

the location is perfect to visit around typical villages of Puglia.

Julie B.Land with a lot of space. Two other couples were present that we hardly crossed, each one had its private corner in the peace. Spaces proposed in the shade of the olive trees to put its tent. A real bathroom is available for the Gamping, with shower, toilets, washing machine, as well as a refrigerator. All very clean. The owners speak French, English and Italian, they are very welcoming and have shared with us good recommendations for visits/restaurants. The area is beautiful, Monopoli at 30min, the caves at 15min, Arbellobelo at 15min too. I highly recommend!

The bathrooms are very clean, we even had the chance to taste the good tomatoes of the garden! 14km from the beach and next to the tourist sites of Alberobello and locorotondo! Don't hesitate to stop for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded seaside in this period. As a bonus, it produces its own olive oil! So we did not need to look for good oil to bring back we bought it on the spot! I recommend it!

Saskia R.Great experience, welcoming, warm, spontaneous, cosmopolitan...Ben and Myriam gave us good advice on what to do in the area...We highly recommend this beautiful Masseria in southern Italy. You will plant your aunt under an olive tree, you will cross the goats, will caress the donkeys, the dogs and the cats. You will share with the family the pasta with vegetables from the garden. In short, we loved it.

Evgeniya K.I was very pleased to meet a lovely young international (Italian-French-English) family, the owners of a beautifull ancient family estate called in the south-eastern part of Italy “Masseria” with old country house and marvelous olive and cherry gardens.
My hosts allowed me to place my tent in the olive garden where I could enjoy silence, healthy sleep and relax – all, what I miss in my big city life.
The surroundings of Masseria offer great opportunity for bicуcle and also foot trips: cca. 6 km to the famous Grotte di Castellana; cca. 11 km to Alberobello. The legendary Trulli-houses, typical for Puglia region, you can meet even at the neighbour lots.
If you travell by car there are more opportunities for you (for example, you can also go to Monopoli ( a beautifull town at the Adriatic coast - 20 km), or to Bari, a capital of Puglia Region (cca. 45 km from Catellana grotte).
For the travellers like me, without car, there also not bad opportunity to travell by regional train.
From the host house there is only 4 km to the train station Castellana grotte (also a very nice small town) and my hosts were able to organize for me a transfer to the station without problem. By train you can also go to Alberbello and Bari.
The host family develops an agrotourism first of all for the kids. So, if you travell with kids, there is also a good opportunity for them to learn a country life and to meet real coutnry inhabitants:gooses,goats, chickens, dogs and even donkey. ;)
I should say that by my host family I’ve found not only a suitable location, but even more: a feeling to be at home and as a part of a family. So, I’d like to thank my Masseria family for a hospitality! I’m vey happy to meet you and would like to come to you again! ;)
