Description

Rules

We wish to provide a place of safety, trust and honesty. We dont believe in a specific set of rules, but we do believe in communication and respect. Theres a few basic things about the space to take into account, which we'll explain upon arrival.

Smoking and the use of alcohol are allowed and access hours are no problem since we work on the property most of the time. Telling us your general plans will be sufficient. Its important to keep noise at reasonable levels late at night, though we love late night talks, music jams, bonfires and boardgames.

IMPORTANT: Some weekend nights our neighbours might have a gathering or party. For this reason we'll provide earplugs to the lighter sleepers.
