  • It was the first snow in our northern region, and thanks to Valérie we were able to plug our electric heater into the van to get to the Festival de la Sainte Barbe.
We appreciated the access to the toilets and showers without disturbing the inhabitants.

  • A very pleasant, quiet stay. Valérie was able to respond to our requests even if she was unable to be present, and a very good communication was established. Thank you, Valérie.

  • 1st homestay experience for me and I don't regret it. Valérie and her husband helped us to organize our visits to Lilles and even on the 1st day to go for a hike starting from their home in a bird sanctuary. Beautiful garden, and very practical for visiting Lilles by train.

  • We spent three wonderful days with Valérie and her partner.
The place is calm and restful
    Perfect for us
    Thanks again....

  • Great welcome and beautiful surroundings.

My son loved the garden and the games!

    Thanks Valérie!

    Stéphane and Gustave

  • We had a very pleasant stay at Valérie's. Everything was perfect, the welcome and the environment.
Valérie and her husband are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay with them to future campers.

  • Great welcome, excellent communication, nice place about 20 minutes from Lille.
    Perfect

  • Had a nice stay in this beautiful garden

  • Well located for visiting Lille by train (20 minutes by train). Large garden available. Everything is organized for the camper. Valérie is available and responsive. We appreciated her advice on sightseeing.

  • Arrived later than expected, but no problem. Very beautiful living garden. Hot water available, makes things with children easier. Thanks for the warm welcome. We had a great time at the end of our vacation.

  • Good welcome, superb garden for enthusiasts and children.

  • A very nice place on our way to Brittany. Valérie is very sympathetic, the garden is a dream. There are toilets, a shower, drinking water, everything you need. We would come again.

  • Great welcome. Idyllic garden. Ideal facilities.

  • We really enjoyed our time. Barnard was really friendly and helpful host. The place is very nice, kind of a little garden eden. We got a lot of useful advices and we were offered even fresh salad from the garden. There's although a good way to get to Lille by bike along a old channel. Good place to stay.

  • We had a wonderful time in this place. Peace, sun and small village within walking distance.
We walked the first day to the bird lake where we saw many species of birds.
The second day we walked to the village to do some shopping and there happened to be a market.
Friendly host who is very helpful.
    Thanks!

  • We were very well received by Bernard, who took the time to show us around the magnificent garden and the water features accessible from the house.
Very good advice on what to do in the surrounding area.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness and friendliness.
    Discreet and available hosts
The place is a little corner of paradise
I recommend you with my eyes closed and will return with pleasure.

  • Hello ,
We were welcomed by Bernard and stayed for a weekend. What happiness !!!! Bernard is a kind person who gave us a tour of his lush and enchanting buccolic garden. Bernard let us set up table and chairs in the garden. We also used the shower for the 4 of us. If you're a lover of Mother Nature, silence and tranquillity, you've come to the right place !!!!!

  • Near Lille, a small and quiet place to rest for 5 nights.
    Warm welcome and useful advice.
Thank you Valerie for your kindness.

  • It was a first experience for us, and frankly I really recommend this concept.
Valerie and her husband are charming and very discreet.
Sanitary facilities just at the entrance of the house so as not to disturb the owners, it's great

  • We have just got back from a lovely stay at this site. Valerie and her family were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. We got some lovely eggs and vegetables. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We would highly recommend this place. Thanks you so much Valerie and good luck for the future. Tracey and Craig Murray ????

  • Very nice stay at Valerie's with a warm welcome and guidance. Everything at disposal (water, shower, toilet) with the surrounding nature. We will certainly come back when we are in the region!

  • Step on the return of a roadtrip in van in Benelux. Very good exchanges to spend a good night and access to the various services (water, toilets, electricity...). Very pleasant garden where our 2 years old boy could stretch his legs. Thank you

  • Very good night at Valerie's who was really attentive.
Very quiet place, a big thank you for the welcome and the facility for the toilets and the shower.
We look forward to coming back if we pass by again.

  • Hospitality, kindness, sensitivity, sharing... A short stay at Valerie and her husband's inspiring home, both in terms of the welcome and the place.
Their magnificent garden, which is respectful of nature and hosts a great biodiversity, is the image of this family.
We warmly recommend it, even with a 6m long motor home that managed to get into the narrow alley leading to the house...

  • Perfect stay. Valerie is adorable and very welcoming.

  • We were so well on the way that we have stayed only briefly at Valerie. The impression was very positive and Valerie very nice and helpful!

  • A nice address discovered thanks to Homecamper. Putting my van down in this setting was a great experience. Pleasant hosts, gentle and concerned about my well-being. A garden accessible and full of poetry.

  • I had an excellent stay! I could count on the hosts to be available to answer my questions. I enjoyed picking some berries, raspberries and cherries in the beautiful garden, as well as the company of the birds from early morning until evening. I was also treated to a few purrs from the companion who was there. A very rejuvenating place for the weekend I spent there and I would definitely recommend it. If the opportunity presents itself, I would gladly return. I appreciated the proximity of a train station to get to Lille quickly and easily. And I appreciated being able to go for a walk in the local forest. Many thanks.

  • We had a super night at Valerie's land. Her husband welcomed us very kindly and guided us through the incredible garden!
If we had not been passing through, we would definitely have stayed longer!

  • First perfect HomeCamper experience, Valerie and her husband welcomed us very well, a perfect location for the van for 2 nights, a very appreciated access to the permaculture garden (yum the currants and cherries !!!) and to the shower and toilets. We will be back with pleasure on our next trips to Lens, Arras, Lille...

  • A perfect recommendation!

  • We had a wonderful stay with our tiny campervan! A very beautiful garden in a cosy small village close to Lille. Valerie and Bernard were both very warm and welcoming. They helped planning our itinerary through France.

  • Great welcome! I just came from breakfast, very soothing place, very nice couple.
    See you soon ????

  • The owners are friendly and attentive people.
The land is large, very quiet, a very pleasant place.
I have been there before for work and will return without any worries.
    I would recommend

  • Our stay was very pleasant, very good welcome in all simplicity, we started with the visit of the garden, very bucolic, we felt at ease, the equipment beyond our expectations, Valerie and her husband are quality hosts, I highly recommend

  • Thank you again for your welcome. The children were simply delighted with the outdoor games!

  • Very good reception, quiet, a garden to rest, attention to the entrance if you have a motorhome of great length 7.50 max

  • We discovered a haven of peace in a green setting. Valerie and her husband gave us access to their garden with a space for children with games, to their beautiful vegetable garden, the parking is on a stabilized site with electricity, a water point (cold and hot) and sanitary facilities.
We spent an excellent weekend. We will not miss to stop again at Valerie's place.

  • Great welcome and accommodating host. In spite of the bad weather in Normandy, it did not affect our short stay in Neuville in a charming garden.

    I recommend it.

  • Very good communication, great reception. We were able to take advantage of the sanitary facilities.
    Large green space to discover.

  • Very nice village
    The forest nearby
But the garden has not been maintained for years and has nothing to do with the photos
    A big mess, too bad
