Large plot of land, close to a coastal road and a beach (5 mns on foot).
I find that the sanitary part (shower, kitchen, wc) lacked a little cleanliness but largely usable. -

Karine T.The site is just like the owner... neglected. 10 occupied pitches so it looks more like a campsite. We were 4/5 meters from the owner's house...electrical cords cross the site and are just protected by a plastic bag...???? disgusting garbage can...abandoned caravans that you would see more at the bottom of a junkyard than on a HOMECAMPER site (you can't see them on the site photos). Fortunately the campers were very discreet and the night passed in peace. We were very close to the city center ... it may interest some people .... Apart from that? 21 euros for 2 and a camper for 1 night ... we will not return. Too bad there is potential

Melisande L.Like some previous comments: the photos are no longer current but the terrain remains pleasant. We did not test the equipment on the spot because we are totally autonomous.
For the rest, Laurent is pleasant at first sight, there are however behaviors and attitudes which can question on a possible psychological fragility. He was very invasive with some, not with us and indeed the alcohol must not be for nothing... Laurent must feel very lonely... It's a pity. We did not stay the 2 nights we booked.
As for the price, one cc and 4 people, it's still too expensive, the prices are more affordable at the campsite! -

Very nice welcome from Laurent, clean shower and toilets, cooking and washing up possible. In the center of the village: The village of St Gildas is very pleasant: markets, animations, shops
For the beaches, better a bike (private joke for Laurent) but accessible in 15-20' by foot.
We will come back there! -

Sarah M.We were disappointed by this spot. We found the site smaller than it looked on the pictures: indeed, trees were cut down on the site in the middle of the season, which greatly reduced the space! We could not have electricity in the tent, only in the sanitary facilities. Dog droppings were on our pitch when we arrived and the owner was reluctant to remove them... We went to the Port Navalo campsite where we were much better, for the same price.

We had to shorten our stay by one day for family reasons. Laurent wanted to refund us. We obviously refused. At less than 20€/day for a large camping spot with water, electricity and access to toilets, kitchen, washing machine... This is a more than reasonable price.
Ideal for families and seasonal workers.

Laurent does not care, and has no organization of its schedules of arrivals or departures.
You have to manage!
The indulgence tells me to underline the spot where he lives, but the reason tells me that his ground is a potential inferno with its extension cords and its plugs which melt.....gravissime! -

Used to travel "à la roots" I have to say that the locals there are more than dirty, and whether it's the shower, the kitchen or the toilets, you shouldn't be afraid of the dirt.
The place is great, the sea not far, but unfortunately we will not come back, because the locals are really unhealthy. It seems that nobody really takes care of it, because in three days on the spot, nothing had been cleaned, nor even the overflowing dustbins emptied. Too bad, this place could be magical. -

As said in some comments, the place does not correspond to the pictures of the ad (lack of maintenance of the land).
The maximum capacity of people on the site was largely exceeded (almost double) due to scheduling problems.
It is a pity.
As far as the sanitary facilities and the kitchen area are concerned, they are fine. Laurent cleans every evening.
Despite the large number of people, we managed to have hot water for our showers which is very pleasant.
The kitchen area is well equipped (not used).
If we have to come back to the area we will unfortunately not choose Laurent as a place to stay. -
Blanche F.What a disappointment! We are waiting for an answer from the home camper to get our money back. The owner "transforms" himself during the day because he drinks whisky and even comes to claim on the pitches. If only it were still that! But no, he insults the customers of "mental morons, big cunts, wankers for the children" we were very patient but other sites were on the verge of a nervous breakdown. We don't understand anything that Laurent says at the end of the day because he is so drunk and even aggressive. Without speaking about a person who lives in the year and that he puts aside because he says to us that he is rather dangerous for the children. We were very courteous until the end but we can't let this go. Even to say goodbye, Laurent slaps his fist on his head.

Aurore D.Everything went very well on Laurent's land. We were able to install our tents in a natural setting under the pine trees. We also had at our disposal a picnic table already set up on the spot, it was great. The access to the shower and the toilet is as described. We were able to plug in our laptops as well as the electric cooler which was convenient. Very quiet at the roots. We really appreciated it. The ocean is a 5 minute drive away.
