  • What a pleasure to meet places and people like this. A gift from Thomas and Isabelle. Generosity that soothes the heart. A magical bubble that deeply rejuvenates. Naya, Tokyo and Paddy were a joy for our children, and for the grown-ups too ;) "Everything was great", said the children! In short, a big thank you to you ???? Parisians ;)

  • A little corner of paradise...
with all the essentials for a great time in the heart of nature.
A warm welcome from Isabelle and Thomas...
    Thank you very much!

  • A perfect place, in the middle of nature, as you can't find many in France! A big thank you for this great family moment!

  • A big thank you to Thomas, Isabelle and their son for this great time spent in the mountains with you that I won't forget! A little bit improvised at the last moment, which did not prevent the family from offering me a great welcome and helping me out.
A delicious meal spent with you, great exchanges, I will come back with pleasure if I have the opportunity!

  • A very pleasant welcome.
An alliance between total isolation and support if needed.
A mixture of wild nature and comfort.
A return to the source both in terms of nature and human relations.
We will come back with our children who lived a dream moment.

  • A little piece of paradise for nature lovers!
We spent a weekend out of time with motorcycle friends with the feeling of being alone in the world. The land is perfectly exposed and its layout is well thought out, and in perfect harmony with nature.
Thomas is a nature lover. His warm and benevolent welcome when we met to book this stay literally convinced me. Thomas is attentive, helpful and has very good advice. A passionate person!

Thank you to him for letting us know and share this,

    See you soon!

  • If happiness and serenity were a place it would be in these lands.
We had a fantastic time in what Isabelle and Thomas offer.
On the one hand by their reception, the devotion and the reception of Isabelle, the benevolence of Thomas who even absent worried about our comfort.
Then the life on the site; magic, the frame is ideal to recharge; space, the noise of the torrent, neither too much nor too little, we can heat, eat, wash ourselves with hot water heated with the wood fire and refresh ourselves in the big water tank!
I enjoyed making my pizza dough on their large larch table and cooking it in their wood oven.
At the foot of the small Céüse there are a multitude of walks and hikes to do.
One of the best sites where we could pitch our tent!
In two words for the nature lovers : go there !

  • A stay in an idyllic place! Thanks to Thomas and Isabelle for their kindness and their welcome and for allowing us to enjoy a place like this with very practical facilities.
    I will come back!

  • Our stay with Thomas and Isabelle was beyond our expectations. A wonderful welcome, friendly hosts, a breathtaking location... the highlight of our vacation! Everything is thought for the comfort of the campers: the dry toilet, the shower, the bread oven... an extraordinary experience that inspires serenity...
We would like to thank Thomas and Isabelle again for having helped us out twice...
It's decided, we will come back !

  • For our son's 7th birthday, we offered him a family camping trip for a weekend. We spent an absolutely great time all 6 of us in this ideal place, in the middle of nature, far from the noise and with our feet in the stream. With the big teepee tent, more suitable because of the presence of a baby, the place offers the right balance between comfort and simplicity. Without forgetting the ultra-sympathetic welcome of Thomas who undoubtedly left a lasting impression on the children with his demonstration of how to use a medieval percussion lighter to light the fire! A big thank you

  • With delay, I come to share with you my feelings on the short stay I spent at the Bergerie des Combes.
After a very warm welcome from Isabelle and the dogs of the house, I discovered a very quiet and well thought out place to spend a night in the peaceful intimacy of nature.
I spent an excellent night there, and an excellent evening. A too short but perfect stay.
I only met half of the couple, but I received hospitality for two. Thomas and Isabelle offer a very nice experience in a very nice setting. I would definitely come back to meet Thomas and spend another night or two to erase the frustration of this too short stay.

  • A real little corner of paradise for those who love nature, calm and simplicity. A place out of time.
A huge thank you to Thomas and Isabelle for their welcome, their kindness, their benevolence, their advice. Thank you also for the nice moments of sharing and discussion.
Our three young children (2, 3 and 5 years old) loved the 5 wonderful days we spent there.
We will return with great pleasure... and recommend it 200%.

  • It was an ideal family stay with a lot of autonomy for the children and a heavenly setting, in the middle of nature, feet in the water and shaded! So relaxing! Thanks to Thomas and Isabelle. See you next year!

  • Wow!!! Ideal to recharge our batteries, I loved to immerse ourselves in nature, to grill sausages on a wood fire, to initiate my daughters to the natural and simple joys of nature: a small easy expedition up the river, the singing of the birds, the cicadas... everything was gathered to live a concentrate of happiness in the natural state. Not to mention that everything has been thought of to make the stay comfortable in harmony with nature. There is the very appreciable advantage of heating the water of the shower, the dry toilets with all comfort, alone in front of nature, the possibility of making a wood fire near the big wooden table, or grilling sausages on the wood fire in another corner of the camp, soon a pizza / bread oven. And to crown it all, the welcome of Thomas and Isabelle, very friendly and open, listening to our needs, water supply and the possibility to put fresh food in the fridge, to take the bags down to the field... I loved our stay that we will renew with great pleasure!

  • Nature brings people together who find happiness in the simplicity of life, no frills, the essential, surrounded by the wild world. The place is exceptional, near the river, the calm is golden.
Isabelle and Thomas' welcome was the warmest in the world, listening and ready to share their latest homemade Brioche recipes. On the other hand Thomas has a great pedagogy around the techniques of survival in the wilderness, the conversations are a treat.
100% satisfied with my stay. I will go back soon :)

  • Thank you for the welcome, beautiful place to continue to preserve

  • Isabelle and Thomas offer a great place with comfortable facilities. The breakfast with home-made products is excellent! Moreover the hosts are very welcoming and warm!

  • Super mega top great place with lots of simplicity and nature. Very appreciated during the heat wave.
Thomas is adorable and very attentive.

  • Superb place. Very natural and quiet. We loved it. Thank you very much

  • The place is beautiful, the sound of the river reminds you at every moment that you are there, close to nature, and around you, you have all the comfort you need. So enjoy, because you live at the rhythm of nature when you put your bags in this dream place.

Before we left, Thomas quickly answered our questions to prepare our stay. Once there, we felt very warmly welcomed. Isabelle and Thomas know how to create a friendly atmosphere and make sure that everyone has what they need (thanks for the blankets!). For the practical aspect, there are dry toilets on the spot, and you can boast of having showered in a teepee, with water from the river (and for those who are cold, you can shower during the day: the time it takes for the water to go through the pipe, it is heated by the sun! eco-friendly and ingenious!) By walking 3 minutes, you have a fridge-freezer and drinking water at your disposal. And by walking 1h30, you are on the plateau and you can admire your camp from the cliff, and enjoy the breathtaking view! On the spot, you can also enjoy two large water tanks to refresh yourself, the large table for your meals, which you can cook in the space provided for campfires. Our dog was also welcomed with enthusiasm!

In short, what happiness! We thank you, Isabelle and Thomas for having created this harmonious place and for having welcomed us! See you soon!

Laurence, Seb, Léo, Eloïse... and Nioki :-)

  • It's a favorite for me. An idyllic place to recharge your batteries. Isabelle and Thomas are very welcoming hosts: I loved my one week stay in this little corner of paradise. THANK YOU

  • Superb corner of nature!
What a pleasure for our youngsters to enjoy this haven of peace, which is only disturbed by the birds' field and the quiet flow of the stream.
Thomas passes on his respect for nature with envy. From the nature hammam to the fire lighting techniques, all these techniques that allow to be even closer to nature while preserving it.
A warm welcome completes this magical weekend that will remain in our memories. Thank you for having greatly participated in the success of our daughter's 18th birthday.
    The teenagers loved it.
    We will come back regularly.
    Thierry

  • We had a very good stay, the place is ideal to rest and enjoy the nature. Thomas is very welcoming, very available, and we took advantage of his many knowledge. Our children (12 and 15 years old) were delighted.
