Description

Gannat train station and village center with all amenities 2 kilometers away.

We only accept motorhomes up to a maximum of 8 M, and vans with or without tank and toilet.

The setting

Wooded plot.
In very hot weather, you'll have to choose the shade under the trees located nearby in the plot, on the edge of the departmental road, freeway to Vichy with exit 1 KM away, view of the Boubonnaise mountains (Loges de Gardes).

The spots

The pitches are flat, gravelled, with a lawn area, access for CC under 8.00m, each pitch has an electrical box with 3 sockets, a table and 4 chairs.

The sanitary facilities

Only for autonomous vehicles, which can drain and refill their water tanks on site. If necessary, we can provide sanitary facilities and a shower at the house for an extra €1.50 per person. No outside washbasin or toilet.

The amenities

Bollard with 2 water valves, draining point for grey water and tank, electricity on each pitch, waste sorting garbage can.

The activities

Various visits, world festival of world cultures from July 20 to July 29. fishing 4 km away,
horse-riding 4 km away, bike path in front of the site from April 2016 through the village, hiking trails, vélorail 7 km away, paléopolis .

Other things

To enter the grounds in our absence, you need to open the sliding gate, with explanations posted at the entrance.

Rules

Motorhome owners are used to living well together, and pets are allowed on leashes if there are several, and free if there is only one CC.
Beware of the road, we are at the entrance to Mazerier, speed 50KM/H, not much respected keep the gate closed with dogs, cats on leashes. garbage cans on site.

  • The reception and the place are very good, nothing to say. Only that did not correspond to what we imagined: a garden where we could have been alone or almost alone. Indeed the site is very frequented by the big camping cars (it is referenced on many other sites with a very low price). In total we were not numerous (us + 3 other campers) but the space is rather small so that made a little effect camping. The kindness of the hosts largely compensated for this small disappointment
