Description

The setting

Must like dogs (I have one and two live in the yard next door, no cats please), quiet residential neighborhood with shops and eating places near by, pad is also available if someone needs place to store their RV or trailer

The spots

Large fenced in back yard behind my house, some trees for shade, my above ground fire grill available for use with benches

The sanitary facilities

electric, water, and sewage hookup available for your trailer or RV

The amenities

There is a separate electric outlet with meter, you can hook into outside water facet, and dump your sewage into mine via hookup, if needed, power cord and water hose can be made available

The activities

Three National Parks within hour's driving time, also state parks, there is the Potomac River and state owned lakes in driving distance, many shops and stores nearby, wildlife mgmt. areas,

Rules

No cats, please observe quiet hour starting at 10 PM, no beer parties (can have alcohol but not to excess), trash can available, also recycle can (paper, plastic, cardboard), see me to recycle cans). Two persons at a time, can have visitors. No smoking please. You can come and go at any time, just be (email hidden)To reserve site, please call (phone number hidden)
