Description

Very wooded area with beautiful views and above all, very natural.
Spain is 10 km away via the Pertuis.
Please note! Only friendly, well-behaved pets allowed.

The setting

No noise (except for the pétanque balls and the players! in the late afternoon). The night lighting is provided by my friends the stars, what a dream!
You can sleep under the stars on a remarkable site...
This year, 2023, the swimming pool will not be in operation.

The spots

I have 2 to 3 pitches in the shade that can accommodate you.
The access looks impressive (track) but all vehicles pass through without a hitch.
It may be difficult for caravans over 7 meters, but my 4x4 will do the job for you.
Fires and embers are strictly forbidden.

The sanitary facilities

All in one place, with dry toilets, a washbasin and a spacious shower overlooking the forest.
For the moment, only cold, non-drinking water (in summer, it's at the right temperature!).
In winter, I lend you my private shower with hot water!

The amenities

There is no electricity.
Internet access is via your telephone.
There is no kitchen equipment.
Possibility of using my plancha and the large outdoor table, but you'll have to reserve it for me.
Possibility of recharging cell phones.
Being a good cook, I also offer dinners for my guests, see photo menu.

The activities

Petanque, snowshoeing, hiking, hammocks.
Nearby Gorshan, swimming, horseback riding, sea, lake...

Other things

The nearest basic shops are a 13-minute walk away (bakery, etc.).
Supermarkets (hypermarkets, etc.) are 5 kilometers away, or 5 minutes by car. Spain is 10 kilometers away via Le Pertuis, which is ideal for shopping, as well as for tobacco and alcohol.

Rules

Afternoon arrivals and morning departures are planned together.
Smoking is not forbidden, but cigarette butts should never be crushed on the ground, but placed in boxes with water in the bottom (under penalty of exclusion, as fires burn too quickly in our region).
As everyone likes their peace and quiet, parents and children alike will be respectful of the area and its occupants.

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

Coffee, tea, milk, chocolate. Fresh bread. fresh fruit juice according to season. jam and butter at best! (smile) otherwise coffee at 1 euro.

He went out of his way to drive us to the coast so we could have the experience of seeing Coulliere and cycling back though the little villages. His place is simple, but we were able to have a hot shower and it had everything we needed. He offered to make us dinner, but it was not clear until we were leaving that we needed to pay for it, which I would have preferred to know in advance.

  • Super welcome, location in a beautiful setting with lots of little corners to relax (hammock ...), calm assured.
    The petanque aperitif at the end of the day is very friendly.
    It misses a sanitary corner (shower, toilets), this did not disturb us for a few days, but compared to the price asked it is a little expensive (by comparing the campsites in the surroundings)
