Description

Small garden with a little lawn and trees, facing north, it's convenient in summer.

The setting

In addition to the lawn, there is a large gallery (former hayloft) used to store firewood in which you can put a folding tent out of sight, the place where you can be absolutely quiet.

It's shady, out of sight. You will have a key to enter the property.
Easy and free parking on a nearby parking lot.

Access to the bathroom in my apartment (on the second floor).

Gas stove in the summer room for small kitchen (coffee maker and coffee available). Saucepan, stove, cutlery.
New! A refrigerator with room for your provisions.
Water reserve to avoid going up to my apartment for nothing.
Possibility to plug phones in the summer room or even to pull an extension cord if you sleep under the gallery.
The wifi is available in the garden.

The activities

We are very close to the Lyon metropolis and its multiple monuments, activities. Magnificent walks in the massif of the golden mountains from the village.
Swimming possible in the Saône (700m) or 15km away in gravel pits fed by the water table.

Other things

We ask you to be discreet in the evening so as not to disturb my neighbor who leaves for work early in the morning.
People who want comfort and privacy will prefer hotel or bed and breakfast type accommodations because the residents of the impasse share the outside spaces in a friendly atmosphere.
