Description

Guests will have the ability to explore the buttes; trail ride off the property onto public lands; search for gemstones among the many rocks just laying on the surface (you can dig a little also).
We have MANY camp sites available; please message ASAP if your desired dates are shown as "not available"; each reservation requires a separate listing; special pricing for tent camping during the Eclipse Weekend. Other days are available upon request; if you happen to be passing through and want to stay over, message us for availability.

The setting

A ranch is located approximately 11 miles out of Riverton City limits; small town living with quaint main street shopping available in Riverton as well as family dining. A casino is just outside of town and will feature special events during Eclipse weekend as well as most holiday weekends.

The spots

28 acres of land available for Dry Camping; each guest will have 20' x 20' lots available to them with a shared outhouse. We are a "high desert" area; relatively flat; 100' Buttes available to tent campers for excellent eclipse viewing!

The activities

2017 Eclipse viewing on August 21, 2017; Riverton is in the line of totality with a wide open sky unobstructed for viewing! Western horse back riding available for additional fee. Centrally located to all Wyoming has to offer; leave your camp site and enjoy the breathtaking scenic drives to Yellowstone, Dubois, Jackson Hole or Thermopolis. Camp fires allowed; ATVs allowed.

Rules

Please be respectful of other guests by providing space and privacy; we plan to maximize occupancy for the eclipse weekend; however, will endeavor to allow plenty of room for each camper. Campfires are allowed unless the State is under a wild fire warning.
