Description

The home and property are cannabis friendly but if you prefer alcohol or nothing to drink at all, we are cool with that too! I have two pet cats who live indoors and go outside sometimes.

The setting

The land is situated across the street from Loveland Lake. There's very light traffic noise during the day but at night it's quiet. The view is gorgeous.

The spots

The yard is lightly shaded by trees with just the right amount of sunlight for relaxation and comfort. The ground is flat. The yard can hold up to a ten person tent.

The sanitary facilities

The bathroom and shower with hot water is available 2x a day at 9am and 10pm. Other arrangements can be made as needed if there is availability.

The amenities

WIFI is available. I am willing to provide an extension cord if needed. There is no access to the kitchen. You may purchase breakfast, lunch or dinner for $15 per meal (requested ahead of time). I'm a great cook.

The activities

I offer a cannabis and wine/beer friendly painting class which you can do by appointment or join in on Fridays or Saturdays from 7:30pm-9:30pm. I also will do a dinner party at your request. Painting classes are $50 per person which includes a complimentary glass of wine and it's bring your own cannabis but I share some with all my guests. A dinner party would be priced according to your choice of meals, appetizers, desserts and drink. We offer a variety of meals and can be flexible for vegetarians and vegans. In the surrounding area, I highly recommend visiting the sculpture garden, the art boutiques in town and many of the local restaurants.

Other things

Rules

Guests are only allowed to use the facilities at the above listed times. There is to be no loud noise, no loud partying, no drugs (cannabis excluded). Parking is on the nearby street, not in the driveway. The gate always has to be closed. Smoking is okay. One child is okay (we only have a shower, no bathtub).

Toast, Eggs, Meat, Coffee and sometimes specialty items such as croissants, muffins and scones. Other meals available $15-$20 each.
