The grounds are large, flat and, above all, very quiet... if you like to fall asleep to the chirping of crickets and wake up to the sound of ducks, you'll be at the top of your game! And what can I say about Coumba... generous, caring and attentive to everyone's needs. As for her cooking, yum! we had a real treat!

Julien, Marcela, Newén B.A very large space to pitch your tent, a beautiful swimming pool, a good place to let time go by. Possibility of being quiet or sharing with other campers. The essential amenities are there, without fuss, and that's enough for camping as we like it.
Thanks to Coumba and Stéphane, who we met up with again in the second half of our stay, and thanks to neighbor Ludo for hosting us while our hosts were at work!

Julien G.Hello everyone, We had a great stay at Coumba's, unfortunately it was her husband Stéphane who welcomed us as she was working with her food truck in La Rochelle, with her husband Stéphane unfortunately we could only cross paths a few times we had promised ourselves a barbecue but that will be for next time, we did it anyway with Ludo and Alex and a few campers like us, and we had an excellent evening. Thanks again, this place is very friendly, our children and ourselves had a blast, if we come back from the region, we won't hesitate to contact Coumba again.

However, when it was time to put the children to bed in the tent (9:30 pm), her husband, himself living in a yurt, was listening to music that all the campers could enjoy (very loud volume). At our request, he agreed to lower the volume. The next morning, we started bathing at 9am. This provoked the displeasure of the same gentleman, who wished to continue his night.
A place that's hard to reconcile with schedules adapted to young children.
In spite of everything, the site remains pleasant for campers, with a swimming pool that's welcome on hot days. -

As for the grounds and sanitary facilities, we were disappointed...
The pool was an uninspiring color, the sanitary facilities were dilapidated and there was no independent kitchen as indicated on the description of the site.
It's a shame, there's room for something really nice... Perhaps with dry toilets on the site, or a solar shower. -

Shady fields, possibility to park the car near the tent. Swimming pool in use.
We were made very welcome, although our host was not very available. She showed us around quickly.
Not all facilities available.
Available: fridge, (but no kitchen or microwave.)
Drinking water (cold/hot) and electricity, OK.
The sanitary facilities are unattractive and dirty.
The washing-up bowl drains directly into the shower tray, so you run the risk of having your feet rinsed with dishwater.
The camping toilet in the caravan by the pool is frankly unsanitary.
Good value for money, but above all PRICE for accommodation near la ROCHELLE, in the middle of July, provided you know how to adapt. -

A pleasant welcome, meals made by Coumba at the top (banana plantin yum), in short I advise you this small campsite far from everything and yet close to everything.
