Description

Charming winegrower's house located in the heart of the village where old stones enclose a small picturesque garden with no vis-à-vis, except for the surrounding countryside, the birds and the sky.

The setting

"There, everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure.

The spots

The intimate garden is conducive to calm and relaxation. Only the insects, the swallows and some rare nocturnal birds of prey will keep you company in the silence of the night. For the comfort of the campers, we have chosen to open it to one tent only, which can be large and accommodate a maximum of 2 people. The ground is flat with a lawn (which becomes straw in summer) and some stones here and there, but nothing inconvenient in itself. Its charm will delight the essential seekers.

The sanitary facilities

Independent toilets inside the garage adjoining the garden as well as a sink and an electric stove with some kitchen utensils are available to travelers at any time in the laundry room. Showers will be taken at my place only in the evening (before 9pm).

The amenities

We don't have an internet box, so no wifi available. However, you will find wifi in the village at 2min walk. Otherwise, we have good telephone coverage if you have internet access via your mobile. A small terrace in the garden is at your disposal for aperitif, breakfast or other. For electricity, there is a power strip in the laundry room.
In addition to the stove, you will have at your disposal a kettle, tea and coffee bags, sugar and some basic condiments. We ask you to respect the material, to wash your dishes and to leave everything in place and clean before your departure. We provide everything necessary for this.

The activities

On the spot, depending on the season you come, you can laze in the sun on the small charming terrace, read or play an instrument (if you master it of course! ^_^)
In the surrounding area there are many walks and hikes, visits to sumptuous abbeys, picturesque villages such as Pézenas, city of Molière and more anonymously of the king of puns Bobby Lapointe, Saint-Guillhem-le-désert and more sportive activities at sea or in white water such as paddle, sailing or canoeing at 1 hour drive.

Other things

For the moment we are owners of a nice dog of 2 years (ok everything, sociable, coded and nice, even if a little crazy because of his young age) and a cat with whom we live, of course ...
Horus and Flocon will know how to welcome you as it should be :)
Don't worry, they spend most of their time in the house...

Rules

In this haven of peace, we prefer to accept non-smokers, those who are trying to quit and pipe smokers, who are very welcome :) If needed, you can ask us for an ashtray. Respect, civic-mindedness and benevolence are the key words here.

No disabled access, the shower is on the floor and can only be taken in the evening before 9pm.
All departures must be made before 10am and arrivals are from 7:30pm in summer.

The grounds as well as the toilets and the laundry room must be left as clean as you found them when you arrived. As far as laundry is concerned, please arrive with your own washing powder. We provide everything else (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and cleaner). Please also dispose of your own household waste, including recyclables and glass. Containers for this purpose are located 20 m from the house.

Furthermore, out of respect for the neighborhood, it is advisable to be quiet after 11 pm.

We are looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you!

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€8 / person)

  • Claire is a caring woman, I immediately felt at ease in the space she had arranged for my visit. She even lent me a tent because mine was broken... I loved spending time with her! She is a kind and generous person. And we had a good laugh together! Her animals are just like her: adorable! I enjoyed going for a few walks in the vineyards of Poussin with her and her dog Horus. Also, it was very nice to have time and space in the quiet to be able to live according to my desires. I will gladly come back! And I hope our paths will cross again ????

  • It is a real haven of peace that we discovered in Claire's garden. A host at the top, accommodating, welcoming with whom it was very pleasant to discuss! Some cats and a dog just as adorable!

  • Super stay at Claire's, very quiet, pleasant, perfect welcome, I felt like home and I slept very well in the garden. I recommend without a shadow of a doubt!

  • Quiet night in a very nice garden. Warm and friendly welcome from Claire. Thanks a lot!

  • Great stay at Claire's! Very good welcome, quiet garden, between flowers and animals (cats, dogs, birds singing).
Close to Sète and Montpellier, perfect to visit these cities while enjoying the camping.
Thank you Claire for your welcome, we will come back with pleasure!

  • Excellent welcome and small private garden for a tent, quiet, we feel at home! I highly recommend ????

  • I thank Claire for her warm welcome and the time spent together discovering the region and sharing the typical cuisine of the country, yes you must try the cuttlefish rouille, exquisite but do not go to the wrong address!
I put my tent in the shaded and green patio which is very pleasant
With ïouri this good dog all sympathetic without forgetting these minous, Claire is a pretty ambassador to spend time and discover Sète and its surroundings
