Description

The summer organization is based on the free expression of oneself (desire, choice, action).
A free daily meeting is planned every day from 11 to 12, to express one's desires for activity, relaxation, collective or isolated presence (individual positioning), organization of meals and participative tasks, exchange of good ideas to be less dependent on processed products (recipes, usage).
Travelers who wish to do so can freely and without any particular condition join the ARA personality deepening circle which opens every day. Isabelle renews during this circle her intention to educate her personality to another social culture.
An educational resource (the ARA personality book) is available for consultation during your stay.
It is applicable in daily life and contributes to the development of inner and social unity by developing one's Autonomy, Responsibility, Authenticity (ARA).
Come here, relax in the middle mountains of the Ardèche to share a human experience.
By your mere presence, you will leave being able to answer the following question:
If each member of a group acts according to his desires and not according to the duty he imposes on himself or believes to be imposed on him, how is their collective life organized and what is the consequence of this emancipation on each one and on this group?

The setting

It is a place that invites to relax, to vacation in simplicity, to express authenticity, to be in symbiosis with trees, plants, animals, children and adults.
It's a very interesting compromise between nature and village life, only 2 minutes away by foot!
For the siesta, hammocks are in the shade and deckchairs are available.
The land is wooded, there is a large grove under which are the collective facilities shared with the travelers.
Access to the site is by crossing the river.
Cars are parked outside about 50 meters away.
On Monday evenings, it is the farmers' market, the big meeting place for villagers and people passing through.
There is the Bourge, deeper to make some swims and to dive.
This beautiful stone village is at the crossroads of four valleys.
Surrounded by mountains of chestnut trees for hiking, the village clock overlooks a natural wall with a climbing wall, many activities around are possible with canyoning on the Besorgues, via ferrata, walks accompanied by a donkey, the visit of the sources of the Loire and of the volcanoes at the mount Gerbier with its daily artisanal market at 40mn, the waterfall of Ray Pic at 15mn, there are restaurants and cafés of the village, the media library with many books and magazines, a computer space, etc

The sanitary facilities

There are dry toilets.
No cosmetic or household products are allowed because life is organized without wastewater.
Only a non-toxic and biodegradable raw material is allowed and the water used for watering the vegetable garden (see rules).

The amenities

There is a solar installation to charge the phones.
The cooking equipment is outside and sheltered.
Stove with gas oven, Italian coffee maker, dishes, large table.
Drinking water is used for drinking and for everything else, even cooking, we use water from the river.
ATTENTION, there is no fridge.
There is a small casino, a bakery, a butcher's shop on Friday noon and a fishmonger's shop on Thursday morning, and a farmers' market on Monday.
There are board games and a swing.

Rules

The use of hygiene, maintenance, beauty and care products are excluded in order to preserve the biodynamic nature of the place and the purity of the water of the river so alive.
Raw Marseille soap (without dyes or perfumes) and sodium bicarbonate are provided.
Marseille soap for the body, hair, dishes, laundry, toothpaste.
Sodium bicarbonate in deodorant, toothpaste, face scrub.
This is a place that is not intended for excess.
Discretion is required for the neighborhood.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in ashtrays.
