I remind you that life on the Gorshan is rudimentary but extremely pleasant.

The setting

The private area is 3 hectares wooded, and the views are very pleasant.
For those who also like to play a little pétanque, I've laid out a court. The swimming pool is not in use during the summer of 2023.

The spots

Independent 15 m2 room with a 140cm bed.
Comfort is rudimentary, but all my friends who come here sleep very well. Don't forget your sheets and pillowcases.
We can supply them for 3 euros per day.

The sanitary facilities

This new enclosed space is equipped with a cold-water shower (not a problem in summer, the water's not cold), a dry toilet (I'll explain how it works later) and a sink-washbasin.

The amenities

The room has electricity, so light and socket.
Internet access is via your cell phone.
There is a private table and chairs.
You can also use my plancha by letting me know.
It is strictly forbidden to make fire or barbecue.
Smokers will have to be very vigilant because no butts are tolerated on the ground.
Bring your own cool box.

The activities

The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities.
Beaches are half an hour away, and a lake is 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car.
Spain is 12 km away.
The area is perfect for people who enjoy walking and hiking.

Rules

Fires and barbecues prohibited.
Smokers will have to be very vigilant as no butts are tolerated on the ground under penalty of exclusion as fires catch too quickly in our region and I suppose you wouldn't like to be roasted! (smile!).

Situation

  • I was warmly welcomed by Ivan
    followed by an introduction to a glass of wine
    which showed that we have a lot of common interests.
    The resulting list with small practical problems
    was quickly eliminated by Ivan.
    Ivan's good knowledge of the area proved to be useful
    especially with regard to my planned nature walks.
    Gorshan is a great place
    stay in the middle of nature
    and only a few minutes away from all the shops.

    A place to come back to for sure
    alone or with my girlfriend.
