The setting

campsite with fire pit for grilling or to sit around and relax. There are several nearby lakes for fishing or recreation.

The spots

there are some trees in the campground to provide some shade. the main camp ground is flat for parking campers with water hook up, no electric. there are several camp site to pitch a tent just a short distance from parking lot if you prefer a more remote site, no water or electric on the remote sites.

There are several nearby lakes for fishing, plus there is the Chippewa river and lake Holcombe flowage. The roads nearby campground are designated ATV routes. If you prefer ATV trails there is erkinstown, Rock Dam, and Hay meadow. There are are 3 bar/resturants within 3 to 8 miles away.

Rules

Quite time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (phone number hidden)tolerance for littering, harassing livestock and wildlife, and no illegal activities of any sort. Pets are allowed if they do not bite and are not on the "dangerous breed" or "Blacklisted breed". You leave the camp site the way you came. Follow Common courtesy so everyone can have a enjoyable camping experience.
