  • Nice place, we stood in front of the house because the camper ground was too boggy. But in the summer there is certainly blissful stay in the back of the garden by the little river. Is located in a beautiful village also.
We were disappointed in the plumbing though, the paint was hanging loose in the shower, super cold in the room but hot water. We were unfortunately unlucky with our boiler because otherwise we would have showered in the mobile home. We paid 35 euros which is quite a lot considering the plumbing is not ok.
Very friendly owners and nice champagne !

  • Very nice place, very quiet; the owner welcomed us and you can buy a bottle of champagne. A ,recommend

  • Nice welcome, but the value for money is well below expectations... the sanitary facilities need to be reviewed... they are old and not in keeping with the price.

  • We had a wonderful stay.
A warm welcome by the host.
The excellent local champagne got along very well in this unique Park setting. For us it was the perfect stay. (our dog did not want to leave)

  • A very friendly welcome, a pleasant and quiet place

  • During our trip from Spain to the Netherlands we stopped here for one night. Very nice place to stay, we visited by bike a good restaurant about 2 km from this place. Host was very friendly, we will come back again.

  • Very nice hosts, stately ambience, sanitary facilities simple, a bit outdated, but clean. There is a bus stop a few meters from the location with hourly connection to Epernay - per person per trip 1, 10€ ????. We took from you a bottle of homemade champagne - tres delicieux! Who likes and appreciates peace and nature is right here - recommendation! ????

  • Friendly host

  • Pretty village, close to several champagne houses. At their place a very nice setting, with the beautiful garden and the little castle. Beautiful trees and stream. We were very happy to be able to put the car and a tent. Normally you're not allowed on the lawn, so we were spoiled. Very easy to contact, warm welcome. Only drawback: the sanitary facilities are dated. But we loved it all the same.

  • The location is getting on in years and the sanitary facilities leave much to be desired! But friendly reception and overall quiet and pleasant.

  • Thank you so much for this place in nature and the castle!

  • Disappointing quality/price ratio compared with the site on offer, we thought we'd be sleeping on the lovely lawn adjacent to the gîte. Poorly maintained campsite, difficult to find a place for the tent!
Price too high for the service offered...

  • Great welcome, thank you very much for this little quiet night in this beautiful setting.

  • Nice stay, perfect to visit Epernay and the surrounding champagne villages. Shower and toilet are ok (not more or less). We do think it's a bit overpriced for the purpose we used it for, as we only looked for a place to put our minivan and have a toilet available. 14 euro per night instead of per person, seems more reasonable in our opinion.

  • Lovely stay, warm welcome, lots of help where needed. Garden is beautiful, also is the house!
Nice environment with al the champagne surrounding you!

  • Super stay!
Our son has had a lot of fun with the many toys, trampoline, slides, etc.. The chickens ate breakfast with us it was a great athmosphere.
    Thank you!

  • Thank you very much for the nice stay.

Your retreat is really uniquely beautiful and worth a special recommendation.

    We come again with pleasure

  • A very special place, the park of a manor, very quiet and with all amenities. Thank you for having welcomed me.

  • Great welcome

  • Awesome place! Nature surrounding inside a town. Pretty building! There is a creek running through the garden and big trees give enough shadow. We had a warm welcome and like to come again.

  • Fabulous stay. We stayed for 3 nights and were the only people camping in the grounds. Close to epernay. Easy to cycle into town and enjoy the champagne. Facilities are basic but clean. Loved our stay here.

  • Situated perfectly for our last night before returning home on tunnel the next day.
    Hosts very friendly and informative.
    Beautiful setting.
    Pierry is a quaint town.
    Would definitely visit again.

  • It was really nice here. You stand here at a great distance from other guests and the former park is very nice overgrown.
The family is usually there during the day and very friendly!
If you ask for champagne, you get a taste ;-)
Small downer: the small Champangerkellereien have now, in August all vacations and thus offer no tours.

  • It’s such a beautiful place in the middle of Pierry. The campsite is surrounded by trees so there is enough shadow. Frank the owner is a real friendly guy. Almost there very dat he came by to make a chat and ask if everything is Allright. He even brought a bottle of cold champagne. If we have to make a point of criticism, the sanitair is a little bit out dated and we missed a place to do the dishes. I took warm water from the shower to manage it!????

  • Super acceuil by the husband of France. Charming and restful place. Electricity, shower at disposal. I recommend, moreover, the bakery is at 300m. Nice to wake up in the morning. To do again

  • We had the most amazing time. Set in a quiet authentic village, surrounded by family owned vineyards, sitting under the trees looking at the mansion- was just out of this world. We even loved the vintage plumbing in the loo/shower! Thankyou so much.

  • Very beautiful location! It is very quit although you are in de middle of the city. There is electricity, toilets and showers ( they are a bit dated but still very clean) The hosts are friendly and answer fast if you have any questions. When we were there, there was only one other very friendly english couple. Overall we had a great experience!

  • Perfect stop, owner very welcoming and good advice ... attention the very large size the entrance is narrow but it passes (our CC is 2m30)

  • Beautiful and unique location in the middle of the town and surrounded by other houses and gardens but you don't notice that. Entrance through a beautiful old gate that you yourself a little 'locked' with a chain with padlock that does not work. The owners themselves do not live there and when we were there there was no one else in the house or on the grounds. The house is used for parties. France was on vacation and we were very nicely received by her husband. Have bought from him 2 delicious bottles of champagne. The whole place does need some maintenance. Showers and toilets are pretty dated. Environment is very beautiful. Baker within walking distance. At the end of the evening there was a huge thunderstorm (we were with a camper and a tent) and then moved everything to the gravel in front of the house. There is enough space.

  • Fantastic place to stay to discover the vineyards! Location is perfect. The site is beautiful and serene, lots of shade and sun so you can choose a spot you will love. Showers and toilets are clean and water is hot. The owners were friendly and we bought a cold bottle of their champagne on arrival which was delicious and very much appreciated. We will definitely return!

  • Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! Enjoyed the peace and the late evenings by a campfire.
There is plenty to do in the area as it is surrounded by champagne houses.
The toilets and showers are okay: very basic, but you have a hot shower (you have to choose the right one ;-).

  • A very nice place, very clean, and a very friendly welcome!
    We recommend you without problem...
    It is a beautiful 5/5
We will come back with great pleasure...

  • We were guests of France for one night while passing through and it was our first homecamper experience. Franc gave us a very warm welcome and we communicated and laughed together with our French-English mishmash. Not to mention the champagne was a great highlight for us.

The pitch is on a large meadow by a stream, somewhat separated from the big house. You can really spread out here. Barbecues are ready. There are toilets, showers and a sink, which are simple and sufficient. It is advisable to bring something against the mosquitoes and gnats.

The area is beautiful and if we ever find ourselves in Champagne again, we will certainly stop in Pierry again.

Many thanks to both of you!

  • We had a very wonderful stay with France. The property is located in the village, but you have the feeling to stay in the middle of nature. The communication was very uncomplicated and friendly. Gladly again!

  • Great welcome, I highly recommend it. Pleasantly surprised, a true happiness. Thank you again. There are not enough stars we will come back ;)
Thank you Franck and his companion.
Les Zamoureux Fred et Véro ....

  • After heavy rain, our hosts allowed us to park on the gravel in front of the castle.
I call that a very nice welcome.

  • Spent a lovely quiet few nights here in the grounds of the chateau. Very welcoming with useful local information. Boulangerie nearby, and Epernay is just a short bus/bike ride away. Washroom/Toilets are basic but clean and the furthest shower is excellent.
Only improvement would be the facility to drop grey/black water but to be fair you know you can't when you book.
    Highly recommended, it's great!

  • Perfect place to discover champagne and Epernay. The host are very kind and have some good champagne . The property is quiet and beautiful, great grills and comfortable lawns. Excellent experience !

  • We had a great stay at France. The park is very nice, quiet and shady. The children will find their happiness in the small playground. The domain is located in the heart of the village, 5 minutes walk from the Champagne producers and from the walks in the vineyards!
    Great welcome!
However, the sanitary facilities need to be thoroughly renovated.

  • We didn’t get to meet Franck as he was away but we’ll definitely be back in the future. We had a great stay, fantastic location and grounds, very beautiful place. We walked into Epernay and also tried some of the local champagne from the surrounding streets. I recommend this lovely place.

  • We had a lovely few days here, which is perfectly located for walks or cycling trips. We had an enthusiastic and warm welcome and all the facilities we needed we there. Many thanks.

  • Lovely quiet spot, Frank is a good host.
Everything you need is there. Expect no luxury and you will enjoy your time.
And a perfect location to discover the Champagne area!
If you don't mind a walk, Epernay is within walking distance.

  • Great welcome and sharing with Franck we will return without hesitation!

  • We are really impressed by the stature of the setting and its calme!
Take with it the enthusiasm of the host.

  • We had a most enjoyable 3 nights staying here in our motorhome. Franc was most welcoming and we would certainly not hesitate to stay again when we are next in the area.
We also enjoyed a very pleasant lunch in L’Esperance, a 5 minute walk from our camping spot.

  • nice, beautiful and quiet place

  • Beautiful place and great welcome
    thank you

  • Very nice stay, very good contact with Franck, beautiful place, we will come back!

  • No France but a Franck to welcome us in this magnificent property (where the castle is also a gite). We slept under the trees and by the river, lulled by the lapping of the water :)

Franck is a great host: he efficiently installed us despite a late arrival and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible (including a restaurant reservation at short notice).

We will be back with pleasure for a longer stay.
