Description

Perfect location to get anywhere in Atlanta in a matter of minutes. We can point you to any number of hip spots.

The setting

Quiet hilly neighborhood. Foxes, owles, hawks, chipmunks, birdwatching, wild flowers. Very tall trees. Owl songs at night mixed with sounds of the city.

The spots

20 x 10 ft floating cedar deck with pergola, hammock, and sheer curtains (next to house), or walk further up hill to more private spots under the trees on top of cliff. Parking at top of steep driveway. Keep bikes / etc. under carport.

The sanitary facilities

Minimal. Hose to shower with. Wash basin. Can’t promise access to toilets. You can go #1 in the woods, and #2 at Whole Foods, Starbucks, or any number of places right around the corner. I just started this and hope to build a beautiful outdoor shower and get some bio toilets soon.

The activities

Relax on the deck. There is a zip line and swings for kids.

No smoking cigarettes. Be classy. There are kids and nice neighbors around. Have fun and relax.
