Description

The land is on the waterfront, only 2 houses near the land.

The setting

You will be in a quiet place, close to nature.
We are retired in a unique green setting, since we live in an old mill of a small town of Mauges.
You will be able to relax and recharge your batteries by observing the numerous birds that live around the river Évre, by walking through the paths etc...

The spots

Our ground is flat, a little shaded, easy of access since it skirts the road, it is about a small communal way without exit which leads qù' to our place says thus very little passage.

The sanitary facilities

There are no sanitary facilities available for visitors.
Limited and reserved access to our bathroom only for babies under one year old. We can provide access to the toilet and hot water twice a day (morning and evening) with a sink and a mirror.

The amenities

We can propose an independent refrigerator in free access, possible electric connection, access to drinking water, all that in an outbuilding located outside which can also shelter bicycles or others.
We can lend dishes and small electrical appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, bottle warmer, hair dryer...
No sanitary facilities for visitors. Access to our bathroom only for babies under one year old.
No kitchen, but we can provide breakfast, contact us for more information, breakfast must be ordered in advance.

The activities

Access to the swimming pool at the agreed times, walks, canoeing, fishing, games on site, reading, napping etc...

Rules

Do not leave any waste on the site, neither garbage, nor cigarette butts... No waste should be thrown in the river.
No noise between 9pm and 9am, and during the day not too loud to disturb our neighbors
Do not damage the environment: neither the ground, nor the trees, nor the paths, nor the flowers, nor the grass etc....
Respect the material lent: do not damage or break
Do not damage the equipment: outbuilding, swimming pool, sink etc...
Any need for material and equipment must be notified at the time of booking
Respect the specific access times for the equipment
