Description

The setting

Very agricultural setting, few paved roads, little traffic, many cows, chickens and dogs.

The spots

Camper and tents limited to 30m2. Relatively flat parking site. No shade outside. Typical bumpy dirt road for small Mexican town.

The sanitary facilities

Outdoor shower area cold water by bucket, outdoor toilet. Water for cooking and drinking must be purchased 7 pesos per 5L garafon. Town water is non potable. Electric available for fee.

The activities

We can serve as a pet friendly stopover when traveling thru Chiapas or as a casa el campo break in the countryside.

Rules

No drugs, no guns, no illegal activities, no smoking, must be dog friendly, quiet hours 10pm-6am. No fires and no fireworks. All guests or campers require permission to be on property. Do not enter house without invitation. Treat property and people by Golden rule.

Possibility of breakfast ($1 / person)

Eggs, toast or MX pan, or pancakes. Special orders by advance notice negotiable.

Tent ready

Ours: Small camping Trailer available with electric and lights, non potable water, linens, beds 4 people maximum. $15 usd or 300 pesos mxn per night.
Yours: use your own camper or tent no electric 5 usd or 100 pesos per night.
