Description

OPENING October 2022 - this beautiful meadow of 2000m2 will be equipped with water and electricity to receive camping carists NATURISTES in need of greenery, 1km from the sea, a few steps from the pond of Thau with its waders, pink flamingos, its fishing grounds, on the resort of Marseillan beach... You are at "la résidence caénée"... where there is already the studio / guest room. No vis à vis except sncf way in edge of my property. Only drawback, having a septic tank..I will not be able to accept your toilet emptying.

The setting

it is a meadow next to my house and the gite (booking), surrounded by greenery, without natural shade for the moment (the trees do not grow quickly),

The spots

The land is flat but a bit sandy, there will be only 6 pitches on the 2000 m2.or 300m2 each!
The independent entrance gate will be enlarged from 3m to 4m wide
The freedom to put you where you want! No caravans or tents

The sanitary facilities

It will be planned in the summer of dry toilets, solar showers. However there is a water point with a basin and 1 toilet connected to the septic tank.

The amenities

6 electrical terminals of 10Ampere will be placed on one side of the field
Water points will be provided

The activities

Let us be united and collaborative for the respect of the place, of the maintenance.
You can take advantage of all the infrastructure of the station, the point of rent of bicycle, of a course of cycle tracks going from Marseillan to Sète...

Other things

I am not a campsite, just a simple owner who loves nature, conviviality and accommodation while being in a seaside resort
As Paris, Rome were not made in 1 day...the equipment will arrive as and when and I count on your indulgence...
