The idea of camping is certainly not the usual one, here is a place where you can really escape the traps of the city and return to live an experience in contact with nature.
A campsite aimed at having a minimal impact on the surrounding environment while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The chestnut is the protagonist of our wood, which is mostly steep.
We have a private flat space, immersed in the woods, suitable for no more than 5 people. This space will be reserved only for a single group. Maximum capacity: group of 4 adults or a family with 2 adults and 3 children.
This is the campsite for those looking for nature, coolness, silence and magical fireflies.
The sanitary facilities
The bathroom is a practical and clean compost toilet which treats human solid waste through composting and dehydration processes. The final product can be used as organic fertilizer in agriculture. The shower water is heated with solar panels and is available to you.
The kitchen area is outdoor but covered and consists of a simple stove and sink; is equipped with dishes and the essential for cooking (the refrigerator is not present) you can enjoy your meals at the large wooden table in the center of the gazebo. In this area you will find lighting, drinking water, electricity and free wi-fi.
There is also a relaxation area in the woods and under the shade of the large walnut tree is a playground for children who love to play freely in nature.
The Val Pellice is a territory not known to many tourists, but with many beautiful places to visit and natural landscapes to admire, we will be happy to give you useful tips to make your holiday a real experience to live!
Starting from the house, you can do several quiet walks along the paths that connect the different villages in the woods or reach the refuge Barfè where you can eat many delicious typical dishes and if you are a true walker, climb to the top of Mount Vandalino and enjoy the view.
There are countless high mountain trekking starting from nearby weights Villar Pellice, Bobbio Pellice e Villanova. Only an hour from here the imposing Monviso (3.841mt) or Sestriere, the highest town in Italy at 2.035 mt.
If instead you just want to pull the plug, keep a slow pace and relax relax doing nothing, then we recommend you to go diving in the fresh Tumpi, the natural pools of the streams of Val Pellice. The water will have a regenerative effect on you!
What's more, we will pamper you with delicacies that nature offers us and authentic food. Once a week you will feel the aroma of bread coming out of the old wood oven of our house, we bake real homemade bread with mother yeast.
The road to reach our forest is uphill, but do not be afraid it is paved and is about 7 km from the village (8 minutes by car and 45 minutes on foot). The nearest railway station (Pinerolo) is 25 km from here, there are buses that run on the Pinerolo-Torre Pellice line.
A day before your arrival I will send detailed directions and location to easily reach the place.
Bonfires are absolutely forbidden.
It is not possible to stay in a motorhome.
- Bar / Restaurant

It was our first night in italy and it was quite a ride for finding the place but worth it. This was juste the perfect place for a night or two, Chiara is welcoming there was a bio hot shower and biotoilets at your disposal very clean. You are surrounded by a deep forest and at night you can even hear wild boars quite spectacular experience and we loved it all the way. Just maybe a bit expensive versus other cool spots we eperienced since but its ok. Thanks chiara
Had a great time! Landscape is beautiful and the hosts are very helpful and caring. When staying there I highly recommend to enjoy the fresh food that is served and prepared by Chiara
