Description

Land of 1 hectare Argelès-sur-Mer fully fenced very quiet, river nearby.
Nearby Argelès-sur-Mer beach (approx. 3 km) is easy to reach via the main road or by bicycle or car.
The site is well-located with a superb, unobstructed view. However, no electricity or toilet facilities are available.
(Autonomous arrival possible)

The setting

You'll be staying in a traffic-free, sunny and quiet location, with a superb view of the mountains (the Albères) and the Canigou massif, and close to the town's activities and shops.
There's also a river at the rear of the plot.


Pets welcome.

The spots

The plot is over one hectare in size, ensuring peace and quiet and a comfortable living space.
The land is flat and easy to access, with plenty of shade available.
Autonomous arrival possible via gps point.

The sanitary facilities

There are no sanitary facilities on the site.
However, a water tank is available for your camper.
I can also provide a generator.
The town has a crawl space.

The activities

The Argeles sur Mer beach is just a 5-minute drive away, as are restaurants, bars and activities.
The plot is ideally located for touring the area, with GPS coordinates on request to view the Google map location.

Access via the coast or Le Perthus (25km).

▪️Ville Collioure only 8km away (15mn via the dual carriageway or the D114 trunk road).

▪️ Céret 25km away (30mn)
