Description

1800 m² garden and park of a house located between the mythical R.N. 7 and a very quiet street in a residential area.

The spots

The plot is flat, fenced, planted with trees and shaded.

The sanitary facilities

The bathroom and WC are shared with the owners and guests.

The amenities

Numerous leisure activities are available on site: ping pong table, badminton rackets, Mölki, trampoline as well as a piano, wooden games and board games in a shared lounge.
WIFI access is available over a large part of the site.
A power supply can be provided close to the pitch.
There is no access to the kitchen, but tables and chairs are available on the plot, as well as the possibility of renting a gas barbecue (€5/day). Numerous restaurants and shopping centers are within easy reach.

The activities

Nearby attractions include the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte (20 minutes by car), the painters' village of Barbizon (15 minutes by car), Fontainebleau and its Château (25 minutes by car) and Paris (30 minutes by car from Porte d'Italie).
Possibility of animated and themed walks in the Fontainebleau forest (picnic, photo initiation...) 30 € / pers. on request. Jérôme is a well-being masseur, a natural health therapist and a nature animator.

How to get there.
By car: From Paris Porte d'Italie or Orléans, A6 freeway towards Lyon, exit 12 "Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry", approx. 35 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
SNCF RER Line D, from Paris (Gare du Nord, Châtelet-les-Halles or Gare de Lyon) towards Melun via Corbeil-Essonnes, Ponthierry-Pringy station, approx. 1 hour, then 10 minutes on foot.
Paris-Orly airport 30 minutes away.
Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport 55 minutes away.
